Tori Roloff Gives 3rd Baby Update With Sonogram
Little People, Big World star Tori Roloff has a new update on her third baby. She and her husband, Zach Roloff, are currently expecting baby number three, who may arrive in just a couple of weeks. Stick around to get the latest update on the newest member of the Roloff family.
Tori Roloff’s Pregnancy
Tori is pregnant with her rainbow baby, which is a baby born after a loss. She previously shared that she had a miscarriage. Though this loss was very hard on her and her family, she thanks her husband, kids, and faith for getting her through it.
Now, Tori Roloff is very excited to be welcoming her rainbow baby to the world this spring. She shared the big news via social media in November.
Tori and Zach already have one son, Jackson, 4, and one daughter, Lilah, 2. So, this time, they’ve decided not to find out the baby’s gender until he or she arrives. So, Tori and Zach also haven’t shared what the baby’s name might be or any other details.
Now, the LPBW star is back with a baby update as the due date gets closer.
Little People, Big World Star Shares New Baby Update
On her Instagram stories on Thursday, March 24, Tori Roloff shared a new update on her baby on the way. The soon-to-be mom of three revealed that she had her final ultrasound for her third pregnancy. So, this is the last photo LPBW fans will get to see of Baby Roloff #3 until Tori gives birth.
In her post, she shared a sonogram photo of the baby. Then, she wrote, “Also had my last ultrasound with this sweet thing today!!” She also added a few heart emojis to the snap.
The sonogram features a close-up shot of the baby’s profile.
Tori didn’t share too many details in this update, but fans still appreciate the little updates here and there.
Fans should be on baby watch for Tori and Zach’s newest little one. It won’t be much longer until fans can officially “meet” the new baby.

I hope you have a healthy baby and not a dwarf, an average size baby this time. You have your hands full with the two dwarfs you have now and all their medical issues, from their bowing legs and surgeries to come to having shunt surgery to drain the excess fluid pressure on their brain to eye surgery to name the ones that are visible now. It is known that dwarfs have a wide range of health issues. Hope all goes well for you and if you have a C-section, we’ll know it’s a dwarf due to their oversized heads. Good luck.

Since she had two previous C-sections the healthier thing would be other one regardless of the baby’s head size. I think Tori and Zack are wonderful parents to their two children. Good luck and Congratulations to the family!

I agree, it doesn’t matter if they are dwarfs or a normal child. They are so loved by a lot of people in their family.. Even people on their show loves them too. They are such a adorable babies. I even love them they are such a cutie pies. Jackson is such handsome boy, Lilah she is a beautiful girl. Tori you take beautiful pictures of them. The kids loves their parents and they will be showered w lots of love.. You and Zack are great parents. As the new baby will be born soon and be in good health. It doesn’t matter if he or she is a dwarf or normal child, he or she will be loved just like Jackson & Lilah.. He or she will be spoiled just like Jackson & Lilah w lots of kisses and hugs too.
That comment was so rude she loves her kids no matter what size they are. Dwarf children can live healthy full lives. I wouldn’t put them down. They are no more work than average size kids.

Good luck. Im so happy for you. But I hope this is it for your family. Its not like there is a shortage of children anywhere in this world. And having had a c section Im aware they advise not to have more than 3 babies. Look forward to see your growing family.
What is wrong with you people? Like you really have a say in how many children they need to have, the other rude lady was so out of line it was horrible. Zach and Tori have chosen to share their lives and their children with us. They are not asking our opinions or approvals of their decisions. Good greif, just enjoy those precious children and keep your opinions to your selves.

I lost a baby girl many years ago, did not know something was wrong, the Vein of Galen ruptured in her head, had they known what was wrong they could of maybe corrected it before she was born. After that I did not care if I had a boy or a girl as long as they were healthy. Zach & Tori may have two or three Dwarf Babies, but it doesn’t matter if they are little like Zach or average like Tori, they are all beautiful and born into a family of love.
