Fans Livid As Josh Duggar Sentencing Delayed By Judge
As we reported, Josh Duggar was attempting to have his sentencing delayed from April 5. Now, the judge has officially pushed it back. So, when will the former TLC star learn his fate?
In case you missed the news, the former 19 Kids & Counting star was arrested in the spring of 2021. He was arrested for receiving and possessing child pornography. He went to trial in November and was found guilty in early December. Now, he’s waiting to be sentenced and is facing decades behind bars, plus fines.
In the meantime, Josh is being held at the Washington County detention center, which is located in Arkansas. When he’s sentenced, he will be locked up in a federal prison facility. These facilities are not located in Arkansas.

Josh Duggar’s sentencing has been pushed back to May 25. So, he now has an additional seven weeks before he learns his fate.
When his legal team filed the motion for an extension, they stated, “Defendant Joshua James Duggar, by and through undersigned counsel, respectfully requests that this Court continue the sentencing hearing in this case by approximately 30 days.”
The legal team noted that COVID precautions in the Washington County prisons conflicted with their necessary meetings with Josh.

Money talks molesters walk. System to lenient on pedophilia in my opinion. He needs to spend the rest of his life behind bars. He was and is one of the worst of worst. Torture of babies for his own sexual gratification. Whether viewing or participating still sick mind that is hard to rehabilitate. If he molested sisters others out there. They just won’t rat him out including his brothers.
