‘Below Deck’ Couple, Charles Sanders & Erica Rose Get Called Vile And Ignorant

Below Deck couple Charles Sanders and Erica Rose are getting some heavy backlash. Erica is a returning charter guest. She made a splash on the second season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht. The Bachelor alum went on a girls’ trip with her friends.

At the time, the charter guests were wasted and high-strung. The blonde reality star who’s become known for her political bikinis returned to Season 3 with her husband Charles Sanders. The couple has been criticized for their “trashy” behavior. Some think they’re the worst charter guests in Below Deck history.

The worst charter guests?

Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Daisy Kelliher cringed when she learned during the preference sheet meeting that Erica Rose was returning. She explained in her confessional that Erica and her friends made things difficult during Season 2. Daisy was not looking forward to seeing them again. This time around, Erica brought along her husband Charles Sanders.

Her husband made her seem less high-maintenance. Charles made everything challenging for the crew, including Chef Marcos Spaziani. It all started when Charles criticized the food that the chef made for them. Charles and Eric’s mom Cindi was also not happy with the food during their charter.

Charles compared the cuisine to Chili’s-quality food. The following morning, Charles was feeling hungry since he downed a bottle of alcohol. Chef Marcos tried to make him breakfast, but Charles went on a rant about the “disgusting” food. Charles refused to eat his breakfast and had a breakdown.

Charles claims that the scenes in which he called the food “disgusting” were scripted. Erica took to Instagram to promote Season 3 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht and to hype up her husband. Charles took to the comment section to add, “Also the food was subpar.”

A fan asked them if they’re the ones who complain about the food on the trailer for Below Deck Sailing Yacht. Erica claims that it’s just “a TV show at the end of the day.” Charles chimed in and wrote, “That scene I scripted with the producers like four times.”

Below Deck fans don’t care if the scene was scripted. They think these guests are one of the worst charter guests in the show’s history. Twitter was on fire during the Monday, March 7, episode. Most of the Below Deck Sailing Yacht viewers shared their thoughts on Erica and Charles, and they didn’t hold back.

• “A very vile, self centered, ignorant couple. They are meant for each other.”
• “Watching entitled, bratty and rude people like Erika and her tool of a husband is not enjoyable.”
• “erica rose and her group are beyond trash. control your man-child, your psycho mom and your loser friends.”
• “The folks on this charter #belowdecksailing are Literally White-Trash……….so trashy, can we not have them on the charter any longer.”

Some of the fans labeled the couple as “trashy.” Others called them “vile” and “ignorant.” They think they should be first on the list of the worst charter guests. Unfortunately, the couple will be around for another episode. Fans will have to see how this charter ends and if the guests will tip well.
