According to Screen Rant, fans discovered his LinkedIn profile. This profile contained all the details about his career fans were desperate to know.

As fans know, Steve Moy hasn’t been too bothered with finding a new job since he lost his corporate IT position back in November of 2020. Most people in this situation would have rushed to find another job. Steve, however, decided to embrace freelance work. He enjoys his free time traveling. MAFS fans admit Steve Moy’s situation baffles him. How does he afford to continue to be without a job?
According to his LinkedIn, Steve Moy maintained a very long career path in the IT field that dates all the way back to 2008. In 2008 when he started his career in the IT field, he kicked things off as a technology education specialist.
For about five years, he was a teacher at Guild for Human Services. In 2013, he shifted gears slightly and took on a job as a creator and developer for a smartphone application called Jib. According to Screen Rant, Jib is a program used to help people with limited mobility. While he was working on Job, he also snagged a developer job for another app called Nulite.
It was in 2017 when he snagged the last job his LinkedIn profile reports him having. According to his profile, he was a sales engineer for Experian Data Quality. His profile also confirms he switched to freelance work in 2020.
He likely has decent savings
Considering his extensive work in the IT field, it is safe to assume Steve Moy is actually sitting on a pretty decent pile of money. Likewise, he could have rights to income some of the applications he played a role in creating bring in. Developing applications could be a source of residual income for him if he has some sort of ownership over them or rights to a share of their earnings.
While some MAFS fans are happy to have this clarity on his career details. Others admit they are just sick of hearing about his work and financial situation.

Steve got married knowing he wanted a wife and a family, when asked about his financial standing, he never gave a straight answer, and later him turned it on oni and tried to make her think she had a problem. I think Oni has every right to ask the financial question. Steve wanted a wife, but still seemed to want to live like a hobo, I don’t get it. If in fact he feels as such why not tell Oni and give her the opportunity to accept or reject. But the way to solve it is elementary, agree his money he brings is his and vice versa and then open a joint account and call it theirs for their future endeavors to include children, a house ect.
Maybe, there should be a writen rule that there should be no sex until they decide if they are going to stay married. This rule upfront will protect the women and weed out the men and vice versa. The audience can tell if a female is attracted to a male and vice versa. It should be evident that the majority of rhe men are upset if they don’t get sex and it’s evident most of the women are trying to get to know them before having it
It’s almost as if the women are being pressured to have sex by the counselors and that’s not right. The way un-named acted at the bachelor party, if it had been me I would have left the show if I had seen it. There is no telling what he did off camera.
I like un-named and hope it works out, but I think un-names wife should be careful. I personally, still don’t trust him, he is kinky and she isn’t.
As far as the woman who let it be known she wasn’t attracted to her mate, she embrassed him time and time again and I for one felt really bad for him the way she turned things on him instead of just admitting she wasn’t attracted to him on any level, in short, she was childish and I think he knew it was a losing battle from the onset. When she asked why she couldn’t move into the apt. and just relate to the other couples, I was floored and realized the extent of her immaturiry.
I for one think un-named had his landlord write a bogus letter hoping to deter his wife, but it backfired when she took him home to her house, I laughed until I cried. I think he wants out and I think she drinks too much altering her mood. Lindsey
Un-named who is honest about her feeling, good for her for being true to herself and not letting her mate pressure her into sex, I really think she is not attracted to her bearded mate.
