Below Deck Sailing Yacht fans want to know more about Chef Marcos. He made his debut on the Season 3 premiere. Marcos Spaziani already impressed the first charter guests with his culinary skills. However, during dinner, they told chief stew Daisy Kelliher that they were still hungry.

Marcos had to make more food for them. So, he decided to serve up some shrimp. He hoped that would keep them satisfied until dessert rolled around. Fans noticed his calm demeanor in the galley. Most yacht chefs would lose their temper if a chief stew informed them that the charter guests were still hungry. Yet, Marcos kept his cool, which made fans curious about him.

Chef Marcos Spaziani makes his culinary debut

Chef Marco may be new to Below Deck Sailing Yacht, but he’s not new to the culinary world. He already has his own restaurant. On the Monday, February 21, episode, he impressed the first charter guests of the season with his creative dishes.

Marcos co-founded a food truck in Los Angeles. He replaced Season 2 chef Natasha De Bourg. Chef Adam Glick appeared on Season 1 of Below Deck Sailing Yacht after appearing on two seasons on Below Deck Mediterranean.

Marcos has an impressive resume. He’s worked for celebrities like Jennifer Lopez and Beyonce, among many others. Marcos comes from Caracas, Venezuela, where he went to culinary school. He later traveled around the world to learn from only the best chefs. Marcos lived in Miami for a short time before opening a food truck in Los Angeles with his friend Chef Louis.

The duo wanted to bring affordable gourmet food to the masses. So, they launched their business called ML Eats. The Below Deck Sailing Yacht newbie also worked as a corporate chef for a restaurant named Taste. His career brought him to the sea, where he’ll have to cook for charter guests with demanding tastes.

Marcos likes to cook a wide variety of food, ranging from American street food to Korean Venezuelan cuisine. He also offers other services like catering, food truck events, private chef events, and restaurant consulting.
