Is Forrie Smith Getting Booted From ‘Yellowstone’?
Covid hit Hollywood studios hard, shutting down the studios. Eventually, production returned with quarantines and masks. However, Covid delayed or stopped many productions.
A vaccine mandate was issued everywhere when the vaccine was made available. However, some stars are refusing to vaccinate. Could Yellowstone lose a popular cast member due to their refusal to vaccinate?
Why Is Forrie Smith Missing SAG Awards?
Already, some stars, such as General Hospital’s Steve Burton, were forced to leave the ABC soap due to vaccination requirements. Could this also be true of Forrie Smith from Yellowstone?
Smith portrays Lloyd Pierce on Paramount’s top show. He has gone to this Instagram, in a now-deleted post, talking about his refusal to vaccinate. He will not be at the SAG Awards. This is a highly prestigious honor. Smith shared why he cannot attend.
I want to apologize to you all for not being at the Screen Actors Guild Awards. I mean no offense to anyone. I’m not vaccinated. Its a requirement to be vaccinated to be at the Screen Actors Guild Awards ceremony. I have to be vaccinated with a booster shot, and a negative Covid test within 48 hours.
After discussing what sort of mask he thinks he is required to wear, he explained his stance. “I’m not vaccinated.” He then continued. “I will not get vaccinated…I haven’t been vaccinated since I was a little kid.” He then added, “I don’t vaccinate my dogs.” The 62-year old added, “I don’t vaccinate my horses…I’ve never had a flu shot….I believe they compromise your immunities.”
He then continued, apologizing to fans. “I’m sorry. I sure looked forward to walking down the red carpet.”

Could Paramount Fire Will Forrie Smith From Yellowstone?
Now, Yellowstone fans, and casual observers alike are wondering whether Forrie Smith will return to Yellowstone. Although Smith did delete the Instagram video, he has not said anything about his future on the successful Taylor Sheridan series.
In addition, Paramount has not said anything about Forrie’s future. They will start filming in May. That is in just a couple of months. Between now and then, we will find out whether they will ax Forrie, or update their requirements.
When Is Yellowstone Season 5 Coming Out?
Because Yellowstone is filming in May 2022, the plan is that they will premiere Season 5 sometime in the late Fall 2022.
Don’t miss the 2022 SAG Awards. They air on February 27, at 8 p.m., Eastern on TNT, and TBS. Yellowstone has a big nomination. They are up for Outstanding Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama Series.
The Taylor Sheridan series is on Paramount. However, Yellowstone is available to stream on Peacock.
