Former Counting On star Joy Forsyth is being mocked online for one of her “Galentine’s Day” party activities. Some of the Duggar family’s followers think that one of the activities at the recent party is especially strange and that it doesn’t make sense. So, what activity is getting so much attention?

As we reported, Joy, Abbie Duggar, Katey Duggar, Esther Bates, and a few other friends enjoyed a fun girls’ day in honor of “Galentine’s Day.” While Valentine’s Day is a romantic holiday, women can get together and celebrate their friendship on “Galentine’s Day.”

Esther shared several photos on her Instagram page. Fans of both families are loving the pictures and are glad to see that these ladies are all so close. However, one of the activities at the party Joy Forsyth attended has raised some questions.

Joy Forsyth is being teased online, and here’s why.

In Esther’s post about the “Galentine’s Day” party, she revealed the different activities that were a part of the fun day. In the caption, she shared that they enjoyed “nail painting, Bible inspiration, love stories, good food, fun date ideas, games and more!”

Over on Reddit, Duggar snarkers are discussing the “Bible inspiration” activity at Joy Forsyth’s party and pointing out that it doesn’t seem like a party activity. The original poster writes, “Galentines Day 💕💝💖❤ Is it even a Duggar party without Bible Inspiration?”

One Reddit user writes, “Bible inspiration is not a party activity.”

Someone else says, “I’m a Christian and I don’t know what ‘Bible inspiration’ means.”

Another Duggar snarker wonders if the women actually wanted to read the Bible at their gathering or if they felt like they had to. One writes, “Do you think they enjoy bible time or feel like they have to to keep face? Growing up fundie lite, I loathed church service and Bible study but did it only because I felt like I HAD to or else I would be a bad person/others would call me out.” Other Duggar critics agree and are sharing similar thoughts in the thread.

So, what do you think of the Galentine’s Day activities at the party Joy Forsyth attended? Do you think “Bible inspiration” sounds strange, or do you think it’s a good idea? Share your thoughts in the comments section below. And for more news about the Duggar family, come back to TV Shows Ace.

  1. You did fine Joy. I wish that I had been invited to your party. 😉 A Bible game is perfect for people that love the Lord.
