Salty Teddi Mellencamp Goes On ‘Big Brother’ Rampage?

SPOILERS AHEAD FOR CELEBRITY BIG BROTHER SEASON 3:
The first Celebrity Big Brother eviction of the season has taken place. It is Teddi Mellencamp of Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills fame who has drawn the short straw and left the house. In the days after her elimination, she has done a number of interviews dissecting where things went wrong. She is definitely able to admit her shortcomings. But that doesn’t mean there aren’t a couple of people she is clearly holding a grudge against.
Goodbye Teddi
The people Teddi appears to be the saltiest towards are Miesha, Todd, and Todrick. In an interview with Us Weekly, Teddi reveals a fight between her and Todd Bridges that went unseen but may have played a role in her eviction.
“He just kind of threw around some words that weren’t great. And I was like ‘my kids are going to see this and I need you to stop saying this,'” Teddi said in regards to the argument.
The argument took place moments before the live eviction, and Mellencamp believes it didn’t help what little love she had left with the alliance that had decided to evict her.
That alliance includes Todrick Hall, who Teddi mistakenly thought was in an alliance with her. She minced no words in saying that whatever relationship she and Todrick had never truly existed. She also said she was the most surprised at Todrick’s vote for her out of every vote she got from the backdoor-friendly players.
Teddi plays a very emotional game, and those emotions are continuing to show in the post-show interviews. She is not afraid to express her discontent with leaving so soon. She has things to say about the state of Todrick’s finances and that Miesha never truly gave her a chance to play. A chance that Teddi claims she would have given were she in Miesha’s position, even though someone’s gotta go, right?
Celebrity Big Brother Season 3 Continues
Teddi Mellencamp is just the first of many celebrities that will fall this season. The stress of being the first to go is gone. But the remaining 10 are a long way from the 250k grand prize. There are several superfans amongst those remaining and it seems like they have every intention of playing hard. Which makes the next person to go anyone’s guess.
Teddi played more with her heart than her head. An admirable trait, but not one that typically wins Big Brother. Her standout performance in the first Head of Household competition paired with her blind trust in people who didn’t truly consider her an ally led to her downfall.
