Jenelle Evans Schools ‘Teen Mom’ Fans On Pickup Scenes

Teen Mom alum Jenelle Evans schooled her fans on pickup scenes. She went back in time and watched old episodes of the MTV show. On Sunday, February 6, Jenelle shared a video of herself on TikTok watching an episode of Teen Mom 2. In the 30-second clip, Jenelle wore a red hooded sweatshirt.

She wore her signature brown hair to one side. She got a good laugh as she watched her mom, Barbara, on the screen. Her mom sat on the floor and talked to Jenelle on the phone. She told her daughter that she wasn’t going to pick her up from jail.

That’s when Jenelle Evans decided to school her fans on pickup scenes. She simply captioned the post with the hashtags: “Fun Fact,” “Behind the Scenes,” and “Teen Mom 2.” Jenelle Evans filmed herself watching an episode of Teen Mom 2. During one scene, her mom pursed her lips and said, “I’m not going to get you from jail.” Jenelle’s kid mimicked her grandmother’s duck lips.

Jenelle Evans laughed and said, “Fun fact: she did come and get me from jail.” Then, she explained that they would film pickup scenes. If a scene was “missing from an episode,” producers would “recreate” that scene and film it. They filmed Jenelle’s mom sitting on the ground and talking to her on the phone. Jenelle says she really wasn’t in jail, but when she did end up in jail, her mom picked her up.

Jenelle Evans’ has a high arrest record

Per Us Weekly, Jenelle Evans has 15 arrests on her record. Some of her arrests include an outstanding warrant for cyberstalking in March 2021, possession of heroin, possession of paraphernalia and simple assault on her former husband, Courtland Rogers, in April 2013, and driving without a license in February 2015.

Jenelle Evans had a rough start. Her story began when she gave birth to her oldest son, Jace, on MTV’s 16 & Pregnant. She also appeared on Teen Mom and Teen Mom 2. She’s a mom to Jace, Kaiser, and Ensley and is married to David Eason, who is the father of her youngest child.

Per Journal, when Jace was just a baby, Jenelle Evans had to hand over custody to her mom since she was unable to care for him. Before she ended up with David, she was in various relationships throughout the years. To this day, fans still think Jenelle is an unfit mom. They don’t believe she’s changed her ways.

David Eason making headlines with his arrests

While Jenelle Evans has since stayed out of trouble, her husband David Eason continues to make headlines for his arrests. In November 2021, police arrested him after they caught him driving without a functional license. According to the court records obtained by Us Weekly, he was charged with a revoked license and possession of an open container.

David is expected to appear in court on February 16, 2022. However, Jenelle Evans claimed that his license was “never revoked and only suspended for 2 days.” What are your thoughts on what Jenelle said about pickup scenes?
