Briana DeJesus Labeled ‘Thirsty’ Amid Kailyn Lowry Legal Battle

Teen Mom fans called Briana DeJesus “thirsty” amid her feud with Kailyn Lowry. The two are already going through a legal battle. Yet, that hasn’t stopped either of them from throwing shade at each other on social media. In June 2021, Kailyn sued Briana for defamation of character.

Briana previously claimed that Kailyn “physically beat” her baby daddy Christopher Lopez and broke into his home. Now, she’s caught checking up on his social media. Christopher Lopez shared his TikTok video on Instagram. In the clip, he fought back at his haters. He doesn’t care who doesn’t like him. He had some choice words for the trolls.

“I don’t know who needs to hear this, but when someone says they don’t like me, I’m like, ‘Ouch! B****, you hit me right where I don’t give a f***. I’m gone!”

Christopher captioned the Instagram post: “I got drafts on tuck. I’m gone.” Briana DeJesus shared her thoughts in the comment section. She simply responded: “Lmfao.” A few Teen Mom fans responded to the MTV star and slammed her for commenting on his post.

One fan called her “Thirsty.” A second one added: “How old are you again?” However, one fan defended Briana DeJesus and wrote: “girrrrrl i guess you not allowed to laugh lmao. [sic]”

This comes amid Briana’s ongoing feud with Kailyn. Their bitter feud ended up in court. Yet, Kailyn refuses to testify at an upcoming trial amid their defamation lawsuit. She wants to stay silent and move on from this legal battle even though she was the one who filed the lawsuit. The next court hearing takes place on March 29, 2022.

Briana’s feud with Kailyn Lowry goes on

The court hearing is about Briana DeJesus’ anti-slapp motion, which protects a person’s freedom of speech, per The Sun. The order was filed in August 2021, to have the case dismissed. Kailyn’s legal team has since filed a motion to “quash” their legal battle.

Still, Kailyn has to testify at the upcoming hearing. Her attorney received a subpoena to testify via email instead of in person, which is not in accordance with Florida rules. The filing also claims that the upcoming hearing “may not be used as a substitute for trial.”

This comes after Briana DeJesus sent Kailyn a treadmill. She called out the “body-shaming” gift on social media. Kailyn was upset when she received the treadmill at her home. She’s also been sharing her thoughts on Teen Mom: Family Reunion, which Briana is featured in.
