Teen Mom star Kailyn Lowry came for the Family Reunion spin-off once again. She’s still watching the show. She called out producers for “staging scenes” with her archenemy Briana DeJesus. Kailyn is not featured in the cast for the spin-off series, but she’s been offering her thoughts on it on her podcast, Coffee Convos.
She’s talked about the show before. The former MTV star said that the first two episodes bored her to death. She wasn’t sure if she could watch anymore. Kailyn admits that she still has a tough time sitting through the episodes and was not trying to “be a hater.”
Kailyn Lowry calls out MTV producers
On the Tuesday, January 25, episode of her podcast, she spoke to her co-host Lindsie Chrisley about the Family Reunion spin-off series. Kailyn Lowry brought her notes with her, which she took during the show. She shared that “a little bird told her” that most of the scenes aired in “reversed” and not in the order they happened. The reality star also brought up Briana’s ex Devoin who debuted on the show this past week.
She claimed that the scene where Briana speaks to her baby daddy was staged and he intended on joining the show. Kailyn claims to have proof. She has the alleged text messages with Devoin to back up her claims. The podcast host thinks that the MTV producers tried to create this drama.
“At this point, I will say, Briana has carried the show,” Kailyn Lowry said.
She even complimented her archnemesis, which may come as a shock to fans. Lindsie agreed with her co-host and said that many of the scenes felt “staged,” especially when it came to bringing their exes and significant others into the mix. This comes just a week after Kailyn called the show a “f***ing snoozefest.”

Briana DeJesus fired back
Kailyn Lowry has shared many of her thoughts about the show. Teen Mom: Family Reunion star Briana clapped back at her enemy in an Instagram Story. It didn’t take long for her to throw shade at her former co-star by sharing a photo of a clown looking in the mirror. She implied that Kailyn was self-reflecting in her previous podcast episode.
She followed up with another Instagram Story that featured a picture similar to the Gatorade logo but instead read: “Hateorade.” Briana previously claimed that Kailyn was “intimidated” by her addition to the MTV franchise. Kailyn sounded off on an episode of her Coffee Convos podcast.
“That is the furthest thing from the truth,” Kailyn Lowry said.
She admitted that she was “friendly” with both Briana and their sister before they were added to the cast. Since then, the two co-stars have been at odds amid their ongoing legal drama. Teen Mom: Family Reunion is an eight-episode series that includes cast members from the Teen Mom franchise.
