Speculation continues to grow that Elizabeth Corrigan from Clayton Echard’s season of The Bachelor could be in the running to be the next Bachelorette. Elizabeth Corrigan for The Bachelorette?
Fans were completely shocked when The Bachelor Clayton Echard sent Colorado realtor Elizabeth Corrigan home. Instead of keeping her, Clayton kept the queen villain, Shanae Ankney. Now that it has aired and Clayton has seen what really happened, he issued a public apology to Elizabeth. He vowed he would have sent Shanae home if he’d known what was going on.
Since she was eliminated from the show, Elizabeth has been getting tons of support from Bachelor Nation. Plus, many are petitioning for her to become the next lead for The Bachelorette.
A video she shared on Instagram also got fans talking. The video showed her in a gown and walking with an all-white background. There were roses on the floor and she also threw some up in the air. She said, “This isn’t goodbye Bachelor Nation its see you later.”
Many think the video was done by the franchise as a hint. Regardless fans are going nuts on Twitter and other social media making a plea for Elizabeth to be The Bachelorette.
