How does Duggar cousin Amy King feel about the COVID vaccine? Will she get it? New information about the 19 Kids & Counting relative has surfaced, revealing where she stands on this controversial topic.
In case you missed it, Amy and her family ended up with COVID around the holiday season. Unfortunately, she, her husband Dillon, and their toddler son, Daxton, all had to quarantine.
Luckily, it looks like they are all doing much better now and have fully recovered without any issues. But amid the ongoing COVID pandemic, there is a lot of discussion surrounding the vaccine. Many people feel very strongly about the topic. So, how does Duggar cousin Amy King feel about it?
Duggar cousin Amy King’s stance on the COVID vaccine is revealed.
On social media, Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball has been sharing information about her former friendship with Duggar cousin Amy King. The two used to be close, but there’s been a lot of drama between them recently. Katie Joy is a blogger and YouTuber who often reports on the Duggar family. Because of this, she was able to connect with Duggar cousin Amy King.
While posting about Amy on social media, Katie revealed where she stands when it comes to the COVID vaccine. Katie shared a text conversation between herself and Amy. Shortly before Josh Duggar’s child porn trial, Amy and Katie were discussing attending it.
However, Katie explained why she ultimately chose not to go. The blogger writes, “Again, I never went down. My son is medically fragile. Covid is rampant in Arkansas. Over the summer I asked Amy if she was vaccinated. She said she wasn’t vaccinated & wouldn’t vaccinate. She didn’t believe in it. This alone is a reason that I wouldn’t stay with them. My son cannot be exposed to Covid & I would never stay in a home with someone unvaccinated.”
However, the trial and this conversation with Katie Joy happened prior to Amy and her family getting COVID. So, it’s unclear how she feels about the vaccine now. After having COVID, she could have changed her mind. There’s no way to know for sure unless Duggar cousin Amy King speaks out about it herself.
