Long Island Medium star Theresa Caputo is a huge animal lover. She felt that the best way to express her love for animals is by visiting the zoo. However, fans think it’s a bad idea. They’re asking the TLC star to stop supporting the zoo.

On Monday, January 24, Theresa took to Instagram to talk about her recent trip there. She shared a photo of herself riding a camel. The psychic is in the midst of her tour, where she’s visiting various locations throughout the U.S. This comes after Theresa fully recovered from her breakthrough case of COVID-19.

Theresa Caputo made it clear that she loves animals. In fact, she was previously spotted holding an adorable piggie earlier this month. On Monday, January 3, Theresa Caputo took to Instagram to share a photo of herself snuggling up to the adorable animal. She sat behind the pink fencing area that contained the animals.

“Snuggle more baby pigs is my New Years’ resolution,” Theresa Caputo captioned her photo.

In her post, she thanked her daughter Victoria Caputo for the gift idea. She also thanked New York Teacup Piggies for allowing them to visit out. The mother-and-daughter duo got hands-on with the little farm animals. However, these piggies aren’t raised on the farm. They’re raised indoors as if they’re spoiled pets.

Theresa not only showed off her new hairstyle, but she also shared a picture of Victoria. Her pregnant daughter got close-up and personal with four little pigs. However, some fans suggested that Theresa and Victoria should’ve done their research.

“Pigs bred to be born cute and tiny that you have to starve to stay small. Then they get big, some really big end up in shelters or dumped on actual farms,” one user wrote.

The shelter keeps their pigs teacup-sized. They never fully grow up to be adult pigs. Animal rights activists have called out places like this for their abusive practices. Now, Theresa is in hot water again for doing what she thought was the right thing.

Fans ask Theresa Caputo not to support the zoo

On Monday, she took to Instagram to share her experience at the Phoenix Zoo. She even got to ride a camel. Theresa Caputo admitted that she’s “obsessed with animals and if there’s a zoo I’m going.” She raved about her “beautiful day.” However, some of her fans don’t think she should support any more zoos.

Others complimented on the beautiful photo. Some wanted to know if Theresa was scared to ride a camel. The Phoenix Zoo thanked her for coming out and invited her to a Backstage Adventure, which offers a behind-the-scenes look at some of their animals. No word on whether Theresa will go back.
