On Sunday, January 23, Theresa Caputo took to Instagram to share another update with fans. This time, she wore a dark green camouflage Chanel knit beanie. She paired it with a black hooded sweatshirt. Theresa Caputo still had her signature long talons, but she looked different with her new look and bare face.

In the 4-minute video, the TLC star gave her fans an update on her life. She shared her upcoming tour dates before picking an “angel card” that she read about “Divine Timing.” The medium felt called to do a card reading with her followers. She knew she had to share this inspirational message with her fans.

“It’s something I think we all kind of take for granted sometimes,” Theresa Caputo said. “You know, our gut intuition, we kind of veer from that. I’m here to remind you, never veer from your gut instinct. We always have to love, honor, and respect ourselves more than anything else in the physical world.”
