‘Below Deck’: Captain Lee Offers Love Advice To Jake Foulger

Below Deck Captain Lee Rosbach has some love advice for Jake Foulger. As fans know, the lead deckhand found himself in a love square this season. At the start of the season, he had a thing for fellow deckhand Rayna Lindsay. Then, he revealed to everyone that he was engaged to a woman named Paris.

As the charter season went on, Jake ended up in a love triangle with Rayna and stew Fraser Olender. In the latest episode, the threesome cuddled and watched a movie after the crew dinner. However, Jake couldn’t go all the way when Rayna when they were alone together. He admitted to Fraser that he fell in love with his fiance. Meanwhile, Fraser started to crush on his friend.

Captain Lee Rosbach is offering his love advice. The Stud of the Sea knows how to woo a woman and to keep her. He’s been in a long marriage with his wife, Mary Anne. They have been married for over 40 years, so the Below Deck star is doing something right.

The secret behind Captain Lee’s long marriage

Captain Lee calls Mary Anne his best friend. In February 2021, the Below Deck star shared the secret behind their marriage. In his interview confessional, he talked about their relationship, which is rare in yachting. Below Deck fans know that relationships don’t last on the seas.

“After putting up with me and five kids, she has the patience of a saint,” Lee said. “I happen to be one of those guys that got to marry their best friend.”

When he’s not sailing the high seas, Lee spends most of his time with his wife. The two live together in Florida with their family. Sadly, the couple suffered the loss of their son, Josh, who passed away at 42 from a drug overdose. Lee talked about Josh’s struggles just months after his passing. Despite their struggles, the couple has stayed strong with quality time and plenty of date nights.

Shares love wisdom with Below Deck cast member

Lee took to his weekly blog to share his thoughts on the previous episode of Below Deck. He talked about Jake’s situation with his fiance, Rayna, and Fraser. He called the crew member “an enigma” who does a decent job but always has his pants down. In the latest episode of Below Deck, Jake seemingly hooked up with Rayna in a bunk after Fraser left the room.

However, Jake claims that nothing happened. Lee talked about Jake’s complicated situation. He also shared some wisdom of his own. Lee called Jake’s situation “confusing.”

“Then we’re back to the girlfriend and you stating that absence is making your heart grow fonder and you really want her as your real girlfriend,” the Below Deck star wrote. “Not long after that revelation, you and Rayna are having a jolly good romp in your bunk after you and Rayna give poor Fraser the boot.”

Lee thinks Jake should’ve focused on his fiance instead. For much of the season, Rayna, Jake, and Fraser engaged in their share of three-way hugs and kisses. Yet, the crew member recently revealed in an Instagram Q&A that he’s single these days. Fraser recently admitted that he still has a crush on Jake to this day.
