Amy King Doubles Down On Defending Deanna Duggar: ‘A Good Mom’
Amy King wants to remind everyone just how great her mom, Deanna Duggar, really is. The Duggar cousin has been hard at work defending her mother from “accusations” made by blogger Katie Joy of Without a Crystal Ball.
In case you missed the drama between Katie Joy and Amy King, here’s a quick update of everything that happens. It all began with Katie Joy sharing an Instagram post about the Duggars and corporal punishment. After speaking with her sources, Katie mentioned how it would be surprising if some of the adult Duggar children don’t use corporal punishment in their homes.
However, the photo that Katie used to share this information featured Deanna Duggar. Katie now argues that the post wasn’t about Deanna at all. But that explanation only came out after Amy got upset on social media.
Now, after defending her mom on Twitter, Amy King is heading to Instagram to continue showing fans that her mom is great and wouldn’t be doing the things she thinks Katie Joy accused her of.

On her Instagram page amid all of the Katie Joy drama, Amy King made sure to show fans that Deanna Duggar is actually “a good mom.” She shared a couple of photos of herself, her mom, and her son, Daxton, 2.
In the photos, the three of them are enjoying some fun in the snow together outdoors. They all look very happy, despite all of the drama going on between Katie Joy and Amy King.
In her caption, Amy makes her message very clear. The Duggar cousin writes, “Because I love you that’s why… @deanna_duggar You’re a good mom and an even better Nana!*appreciation post*”
In the comments section of Amy’s post, fans are commenting on the great relationship the mother and daughter have. They love to see Deanna Duggar and Amy King enjoying every second with each other. One fan writes, “Sounds like she makes an awesome friend too.”
Based on Amy’s post, it sounds like everything is great between them, even with a lot of drama happening at the moment.
