‘Below Deck’ Bobby Giancola Ready To Start His Family?

Below Deck alum Bobby Giancola brought something new into the new year. The former deckhand celebrated a new addition to his family. Bobby shared the news with his fans on Instagram. Just because he’s no longer on the show doesn’t mean he’s no longer part of the franchise.

Bobby still appears on Galley Talk alongside his fellow alum and best friend Colin Macy-O’Toole. The two even appeared in a New Year’s Eve-themed episode of the show. He still works with boats. He just doesn’t want to be on reality TV in that format anymore.

Below Deck alum shares the news of his new family member

In a new interview, Bobby talked about his plans for 2022. He wants to expand his family. But it’s not what you think. He’s on the hunt in his home state of Florida for the perfect fur baby.

“A little potato, a little Frenchie,” Bobby said.

The former firefighter also plans to go “buck wild” at his New Year’s Eve party. No word on whether Below Deck Mediterranean alum Colin joined him. Bobby said he’s been searching for the perfect puppy. He wants a girl puppy that he can spoil since he’s already prepared.

“I’m obviously going to make an Instagram for the dog and that Instagram is going to get all the attention,” he explained. “My Amazon account, my cart is already packed with like pink, you know … like the little backpacks and the leashes and the collars and the toys, the bowls and the potty pads and everything.”

Bobby sounds ready for the right pooch. He also shared what name has in mind for his dog. “Coozie! Little Coozie,” he exclaimed. Bobby isn’t the only one in the Below Deck family who just adopted a fur baby. He follows the footsteps of the show’s Chef Adam Glick.

Is Bobby Giancola single?

Below Deck fans also want to know if Bobby is ready to settle down. He was known for chasing the unavailable women on the show. He appeared on Below Deck Med for the first two seasons. In his first season, he crushed on his crew member, Julia d’Albert Pusey.

But she was in a relationship at the time. Bobby tried to woo her, but he didn’t work. He ended up having a drunken meltdown. In the next season, Bobby had a crush on Malia White who was already heavily involved in a love triangle. Bobby lucked out in the love department on the show.

His relationship status is unclear. Since leaving the show in 2017, he became a yacht broker. He sells luxury superyachts to his affluent clients. Fans will have to follow Bobby’s Instagram closely to see if his luck changes.
