Scheana Shay Responds To Lala Kent’s Destroyed Family

Scheana Shay Responds To Lala's Broken Family

Lala Kent and Scheana Shay are at odds on Vanderpump Rules Season 9. The two started out on a rough note due to their social media feud that took place last summer. Then, Lala expressed concern over Scheana’s relationship with her now-fiance Brock Davies. At the time, Lala called Randall Emmett a “stand-up guy.”

Since then, Lala and Randall ended their three-year engagement. This comes amid the rumors that he allegedly cheated on her while she was pregnant with their first child, Ocean Emmett. Brock and Scheana are now in engagement bliss. Read on to see what the Boy Crazy founder feels about her friend.

Scheana Shay confirms Lala and Randall split

In an interview with Page Six, Scheana Shay spoke out about the couple’s breakup. She has nothing but kind words to say about Lala Kent. She described her VPR co-star as a “strong woman” who will find her way.

“She’s a strong woman,” Scheana told the outlet. “She’s got all of her businesses, she’s got a lot on her plate, but she’s going to be just fine.”

She was also asked if she thinks the couple is done for good. Scheana responded with a resounding “yes.” However, that doesn’t mean she’s going to brag that her relationship with Brock is still strong. She empathized with Lala’s now-broken family.

“I don’t want to see any family torn apart, whether it’s a divorce or a breakup,” she continued. “Ocean’s parents are now not under the same roof, and that’s devastating for any family. I wouldn’t wish that on my worst enemy, and she is far from my worst enemy. She’s a good friend, so it was really upsetting to hear about all of that.”

The “Good as Gold” singer is hoping the exes “can come to an arrangement” for the sake of their child. The two are reportedly struggling with their co-parenting relationship. For the most part, Ocean has been with Lala. Randall is having financial issues amid his divorce from his former wife, Ambyr Childers.

Vanderpump Rules star is not here for a competition

Earlier this season, Lala called out Brock’s estranged relationship with his kids and his past with domestic violence. Scheana does not see this as a competition between the two of them. She reacted to the rumors that Lala is “getting her karma.”

“Everyone’s like, ‘Oh, aren’t you happy? She’s getting her karma,'” Scheana said. “And I’m like, ‘No.’ Because, honestly, I don’t want to see anyone go through that.”

When she appeared on Watch What Happens Live, a fan wanted to know Scheana’s thoughts on Lala’s previous comment that Randall is “a stand-up guy.” Scheana was not here for it. She shut it down and said she’s not going to comment on their relationship.

“I’m not going to speak on that relationship at all,” Scheana Shay said on WWHL. It’s a tough position that they’re in.”

Host Andy Cohen decided to stir the pot a little. He found it “ironic” that Lala slammed Brock and praised Randall in the same sentence. At the time of that episode, his child support situation broke news. Scheana admitted that she’s not happy to see Lala in this situation.

Scheana even reached out to Lala after her breakup. The two have since reconciled their friendship despite their drama on the show. What are your thoughts on what Scheana said about Lala’s split from Randall? Share your thoughts below in the comment section.
