Sources told Variety that Scott plans to issue full refunds to all attendees. He also plans to cover the funeral costs of all of the Astroworld victims.

A criminal investigation is underway. The reason behind the tragedy has yet to be revealed. Scott was set to perform at the Day N Vegas Festival following the Astroworld event. However, sources claim he was “too distraught” to perform.
