Andy Cohen Is RELIEVED He Never Got Erika Jayne’s Baby Gift

Andy Cohen is aware of Erika Jayne’s embezzlement case. He grilled the reality star all about it during The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 11 reunion. He warned the model that he would grill her on the barbeque. Erika came prepared since she met with her attorney before the four-part reunion special.

As fans know, Andy and Erika are good friends. She’s been a big part of the Bravo family ever since she joined the show. The Bravo executive producer revealed that she gave his son a lavish gift. Now, Andy is relieved that he never received it.

Erika Jayne denies hiding $242K lottery payments

The RHOBH star denies her involvement in Thomas Girardi’s alleged embezzlement issues. She also claims that she didn’t know what he was doing behind her back. In Part 4 of the reunion, Erika Jayne said she has knowledge of receiving $242,000. Both the cast and fans think she never acted angry enough at her estranged husband.

But now, she’s blaming him. The reality star shared the revelation in court earlier this week. Erika Jayne responded to the $25 million lawsuit filed by the trustee presided over Girardi’s bankruptcy. Thomas Girardi was forced into Chapter 7 bankruptcy from multiple creditors.

According to the lawsuit, the Chicago star “received more than $242,658 in payments from the State of California Lottery from 2012 to 2021.” Erika was said to receive over $78,000 in payments from 2022 to 2025. However, she claims that she didn’t receive acknowledgment of the payments and that her team is investigating the matter. She also claims the checks were mailed to her former husband’s law firm and deposited by him.

Erika sticks to her claim that she is not aware of Thomas Girardi’s business dealings. She demanded the trustee to figure that out for themselves. The Pretty Mess author is also asking the judge to throw out the $25 million lawsuit. This comes after she’s been accused of channeling the embezzled funs into her business, EJ Global, LLC.

Andy Cohen is glad he never got her gift

Andy Cohen revealed the lavish gift that Erika Jayne gave her son. She gave him the gift around the time of his infamous baby shower. At the time, Erika and her ex-husband planned to give his son, Benjamin Cohen, 1,000 shares of Disney stock. Considering their ongoing legal case, Andy is glad he never received it.

“Erika gave me a card that said she had given me I believe it was 2,000 — no, I think it was 1,000 shares of Disney stock, which is really expensive,” Andy Cohen on Tuesday, November 2 at the Temple Emanu-El Streicker Center in New York City. “I called her and I said, ‘Are you kidding me?’ and she said, ‘That’s what we give to all the kids in our life.'”

So, there are apparently more gifted Disney stocks floating around. If they fell through. Andy first mentioned the gift earlier this year. A reporter asked him if he thought the expensive gift might “implicate” him in Erika and Tom’s case. Andy admitted that he’s glad the gift never arrived.

The pop singer recalled that she never sent the Disney stock. Yet, Erika agrees with Andy that it was a good thing it never arrived. The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 12 is currently in production. It will return sometime in 2022 on Bravo.
