Lisa Rinna faces fan backlash over Erika Jayne support
By her own admission, Season 10 of RHOBH wasn’t Lisa Rinna’s finest moment. She’s expressed regret over the way she went after Denise Richards over affair rumors. However, fans aren’t buying her mea culpa.
Instead, fans are calling Rinna out for not going nearly as hard for Erika Jayne amid shocking fraud allegations. A class-action lawsuit alleges that Erika and estranged husband Tom Girardi fleeced millions of dollars in settlement money from Girardi’s law firm. Money meant for families of plane crash victims and burn victims allegedly funded the Girardis’ extravagant lifestyle.
However, Lisa Rinna has stuck by her friend’s side, professing Erika’s innocence while co-star Sutton Stracke asked the hard questions.
RHOBH star celebrates good news
On Thursday, October 28, Lisa Rinna shared some good news with her social media followers. The reality show star earned recognition as a People’s Choice Awards nominee. The category? Reality television, of course.
The RHOBH star is one of eight television personalities vying to be named The Reality Star of 2021. However, she’s not the only Bravo star on the nominee list. RHOA star Kandi Burress is also nominated.

While the day started out with good news for Rinna, news broke of a scary incident her co-star faced the night before. RHOBH‘s Dorit Kemsley was the victim of a home invasion, reportedly robbed at gunpoint while her two children slept.

Lisa Rinna thanks haters for award nomination
Lisa Rinna took to her Instagram to thank her fans for the People’s Choice nom. But she also took a moment to thank those non-fans. “Thanks to the haters, too,” she cheekily wrote. How did the nomination make Lisa Rinna feel? “Very hunky dory,” she wrote, using one of the most viral Season 11 moments.

If Lisa Rinna takes home the People’s Choice Award, it won’t be her first. She won ‘Favorite Reality TV Star’ at the 2020 awards. Furthermore, the former Days of Our Lives star earned four Daytime Emmy nominations for Outstanding Talk Show Host. Lisa Rinna co-hosted Soapnet’s Soap Talk with Ty Treadway.
