Now that Lori Loughlin has scored a paycheck with GAC Family, it seems like that money is burning a hole in her pocket. She and her husband Mossimo Giannulli have asked a judge for permission to go south of the border.

Here are all the details.

Lori Loughlin, Mossimo Giannulli Ask Judge Permission To Attend Cabo, Mexico Wedding

From jailbirds back to jet setters, Lori Loughlin and Mossimo Giannulli are once again asking a federal judge for permission to go south of the border to attend a wedding. If this seems like deja vu, it is because the couple asked for the same back in June. They requested special permission to go to Cabo. Both times it is for weddings.

According to TMZ, the couple filed documents requesting approval to visit San Jose del Cabo from November 5 to November 12. The Fuller House actress had noted on her request that they have complied with all the requirements of their probation. In addition, their probation officers supported their decision to travel. They just need to get the official ok before they begin packing.

She had to give up her passport when she was arrested, and she needed to petition the court to get it back. However, even though she got her passport back, she still needs to ask permission to travel out of the country.

Special Permission To Work In Canada

Back in September, Lori Loughlin went to a judge in Boston to get permission to go to Canada to work. At that time, no one realized that this was to film the first two episodes of When Hope Calls Season 2: A Country Christmas.

In addition, because she served jail time, she needed to get permission from the Canadian government to go into the country and work. She managed both, so in all likelihood, her trip to Cabo should be all set.

The next question is whether or not she can go to Canada for a longer shoot, such as a full-length mystery shoot. Her series, Garage Sale Mystery, has not been on the air since she was dismissed after the College Admissions scandal surfaced.

Could GAC Media want to revive her popular mystery series? Should that be the case, Lori Loughlin will be petitioning a judge once again.

College Admission Scandal Charges

Back in March 2019, the first news of the College Admissions scandal hit the news. The couple had been caught paying out a half-million dollars to get their two daughters, Olivia Jade and Isabella Rose, into UCLA.  A year later, both Lori and her husband did plead guilty to conspiracy to commit wire and mail fraud.

Do you think it is ok that Lori Loughlin and her husband Mossimo Giannulli could attend a Cabo wedding?
