How quickly things can change! Lala Kent recently shared a glimpse at the gown she chose for her 2020 wedding to Hollywood hotshot Randall Emmett. The wedding never happened due to the pandemic, so Lala shared her discarded dress.
Just a few days later, shocking photos hit the internet of Randall Emmett possibly cheating on his fiance. The photos show the film producer going into a hotel room with two women. Once the rumors got back to Lala, she used the song lyrics from Beyonce’s “Sorry” to imply she dumped Randall.
Lala Kent marks sobriety milestone
In 2019, the television personality made a bombshell admission: she was an alcoholic and quit drinking months earlier. Earlier this week, she took to her Instagram to celebrate a huge milestone in her sobriety journey.
In an emotional post, she marked three years of sobriety. She expressed her gratitude to her sponsor, coach, and others in recovery who shared their stories with her.
The Vanderpump Rules star admitted that it’s always “one day at a time.” However, she also said she’s “never felt stronger” about her sobriety. In fact, it’s her “main priority,” aside from her daughter, Ocean.
Lala Kent welcomed a child with Randall Emmett in early 2021. She exalts her sobriety as “the proudest thing I have ever done, aside from becoming a mother.”
The post garnered over 150k ‘likes’ and almost 3,000 comments of support.
Vanderpump Rules co-stars rally around her
Among those expressing their support for Lala Kent’s sobriety were some of her co-stars. The Bravolebrity shared some of their responses on her own Instagram Stories. Scheana Shay was among the first to congratulate Kent.
Additionally, her current and former co-stars, Brittany Cartwright, Katie Maloney-Schwartz, and Kristen Doute, reached out.

Perhaps the most surprising support came from Randall Emmett. His post sparks questions about the veracity of the split rumors. He took to his Instagram Stories to share a photo of a balloon bouquet. The bouquet featured red and white balloons, along with a “happy birthday” and number three balloon.
The words “Congrats on 3 years!” were captioned on the photo.
While he didn’t tag Lala, she often calls the day she got sober her birthday. Additionally, his post came hours after hers.
