‘Vanderpump Rules’ Gender Reveal Parties – Where Were Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix?
It has been an exciting few months for the stars of Vanderpump Rules. This month alone, two of the stars – Brittany Cartwright and Lala Kent – announced they are expecting babies in 2021. Stassi Schroeder is also expecting a baby in January.
While Lala and Brittany are only 3 months pregnant, both were able to find out the gender. And, of course, they opted for the trendy gender reveal party. Many of their Pump Rules co-stars attended. However, there were a few glaring absences at both gender reveal parties.
Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix Didn’t Attend Either Vanderpump Rules’ Party
Since the beginning of Pump Rules, fans have watched the bromance between Jax Taylor and the two Toms. Tom Sandoval and Tom Schwartz have both been friends with Jax since their early modeling days. However, viewers saw Sandoval and Jax’s friendship implode during Season 8.
During the season premiere, Jax said that Sandoval didn’t text him about his upcoming wedding. But once Sandoval showed Jax the texts, the two seemed to be good again.
Then news broke that the pastor presiding over Jax and Brittany’s wedding was a raging homophobe. In Sandoval’s opinion, the couple ignored it until Lisa Vanderpump intervened. It was then that Jax and Brittany replaced the pastor with NSYNC member Lance Bass.
Several of the other Pump Rules stars gossiped about the situation, but only Sandoval brought it up to Jax. As a result, Jax spent the rest of the season verbally attacking Sandoval. At one point, Jax revoked Sandoval’s best man privileges, though he later relented.
As the season ended, the two were still fighting. They agreed in the season finale to take a break from their friendship. But during the reunion taping, it all came back up again. So, they did not end Season 8 on good terms.
Ariana Madix used to be close with Lala Kent. But once Stassi and the others befriended Lala, her friendship with Ariana faltered.
Over the weekend, Ariana answered a fan asking why she and Tom Sandoval weren’t at either gender reveal party. In response, Ariana revealed that they weren’t invited, Us Weekly reports. Nor did they expect to be. See the exchange caught by @bbfbravo below:

Scheana Shay Gets Invite for Brittany’s Party After Public Feud With Lala Kent
One person who DID expect to be invited to Lala’s gender reveal party was Vanderpump Rules star Scheana Shay. She spoke out about the snub on her podcast, Scheananigans.
Scheana also basically said that Lala wasn’t there for her earlier this summer when she suffered a miscarriage. Lala responded to the allegations, saying that Scheana wasn’t invited because she’s an attention-seeker, among other things.
However, Scheana DID get an invite to Brittany and Jax’s gender reveal party. In addition to her podcast, the Pump Rules star has a vlog on YouTube. She told a fan on Instagram that she didn’t vlog the gender reveal party because Jax and Brittany didn’t want her to.
She did, however, post a sweet photo with a pregnant Brittany on her Instagram. One fan joked that it was “nice to see” Scheana got an invite this time.
