’90 Day Fiance’ Alum Ashley Martson Smith Gives Business Advice To fans
90 Day Fiance alum, Jay Smith started his own business. Ashley Martson Smith, his wife, supported the idea. Recall, he previously worked for the Ego Ink tattoo parlor. Now, fans ask Ashley how they can also start their business and she gives them some advice. Like Jay, they prefer working for themselves rather than for someone else.
90 Day Fiance star Ashley explains about opening a business like Jay
Actually, Jay’s not the only one in the family starting new business ventures. We reported that Ashley starts her own makeup line as well. In her Instagram Stories on Saturday, Ashley told fans that she and Jay planned on spending the day sorting the plumbing and other things out at the new tattoo place. It sounds mundane, but both of them seem very excited about the new venture. And, working on weekends takes on a different perspective when it’s your own business.
One of Ashley’s 90 Day Fiance fans asked her advice about starting up a new business. They wrote, “Any tips on how I can start my own business.” They added, “I want to be independent.” Well, first Ashley joked and told them to “buy a large bottle of Advil.” But then she suggested that they “hire a lawyer.” It’s important for proper documentation for “Licences, insurance,” and in Jay’s case, “consent from clients.” Of course, lawyers can assist with people who startup for the first time. They had no problems getting it done.
Starting a business takes money
Ashley told her fans that they must always “overbudget.” Explaining that, she noted that people definitely “spend more” as something “always come up.” She also told people who wish to start their own business to make sure they get all the proper permits first. Of course, many people simply don’t have the money to “overbudget.” A lot of people wish for an independent lifestyle, but the how of it eludes them.
Possibly, the two 90 Day Fiance stars tucked away some cash which helped the start-up of Jay’s business. But, fans need not despair. Girlboss. com explains that “starting a business with no money might initially seem like a far-fetched idea, but it’s not impossible.” But in all cases, they suggest that before you start your business, you save some money. They recommend saving for at least six months. And, don’t forget a solid business plan. That’s probably why Kody Brown asked Meri for her BNB’s “business plan” on TLC’s Sister Wives.
Ashley Martson of 90 Day Faince went back to studying for a while. It’s not clear if she studies business management. But, that’s not a bad idea either. Apart from the advice that Ashley gave out, many online short courses are available.
