‘Sister Wives’: Janelle Brown Really Gets Into Nature In Arizona
Sister Wives star Janelle Brown seems to like living in Arizona. Lately, she took to sharing a lot about herbs and plants in her garden. That’s a bit different for Janelle’s fans. After all, in Las Vegas, she seemed very busy with her real estate sales and a city lifestyle. Conversely, in Flagstaff, she enjoys the local Farmer’s Market and pottering around in her garden. It certainly looks like plants and nature in Arizona brings something new into her life.
Sister Wives – Janelle Brown studies local native plants
In May, we reported that Janelle started posting about herbs she growths in her Flagstaff garden. She wrote about obtaining some chamomile. Lots of fans gave her plenty of tips on various she can do with it. She also shares photos of the vegetables she grows, and it seems she gets into nature and gardening with a lot of enthusiasm. Now, she revealed she and a group she’s with study local native plants found in Arizona.
Janelle shared a few photos of the West Fork Trail in Oak Creek Canyon near Sedona. In her caption, the Sister Wives star talked about how she heard so much about the place. She always hoped to get there one day. Now, she went along with a group of people. They study native plants and did some field identification. Janelle noted that the place is very beautiful. “We walked part way on the trail and came back in the stream,” she said. Janelle also mentioned they practiced social distancing.

West Fork Trail in Oak Creek Canyon attractive with plants and rock formations
Some of Janelle’s photos showed the amazing rock formations, Another one revealed people crossing a stream. Lots of nice plants also featured. Some fans who know the place agree a visit’s definitely worthwhile. One fan commented, “One of my very favorite places… absolutely beautiful!!!” Others enjoy the idea of learning about plants. A fan wrote, “Beautiful pictures! Sounds like a fun class 💕.” After seeing the pictures, quite a lot of fans plan on doing the same thing one day.
One fan pointed out lots of good trails in the area make for different experiences. Set in the Coconino National Forest, plenty of easy and harder hikes exist. In fact, visitors to the area enjoy hiking, fishing, climbing, camping, and much more. The USDA Forest Service points out that people “probably find a new reason to be here every time [they] visit.” Sister Wives star Janelle probably plans more trips there. Luckily for her, it’s not that far away from Flagstaff.
Hopefully, Janelle passes on some of the things she learns about native plants in Arizona. Maybe she plans on making a native plant garden if they ever get their new property developed at Coyote Pass.
