‘The Bachelorette’ Clare Crawley Wants To Use Her Season To Help Others
Clare Crawley is about to make her debut as the new Bachelorette. However, first, she is opening up on her past relationships. She wants to use what she learned then to help people now.

Clare is about to be on the road to finding true love. This comes with a bit of background though. She was a star on Jaun Pablo’s season of The Bachelor originally. Before that, she was in an abusive relationship People says.
“I had just gone through a really, really abusive relationship going into Juan Pablo’s season,” she opened up.
Clare is using her past to find her future love. She says that now she just wants someone who sees all of this and still love her. She says that anyone can love you for the good and happy times, but wants someone who is with her through the rough times as well.

“There’s a lot that I went through that I want them to know the hard, ugly, embarrassing struggles of my life to appreciate the woman that I am today, and I want a man to love me for that, and not just for the easy makeup and hair,” she said. “Anybody can love you for the easy fun times and the smiles and the laughs.”
Clare has a great point. It’s easy to look happy on the surface and have people love the best version of yourself. However, it gets to a much deeper level when the past is explored.
She says that the things that happened in her past made her who she is today.
Using her powers for good
“I want somebody to love me for all the hard stuff that I’ve been through. It’s been something that I’ve hidden for so many years,” she said, “but until I’ve owned that part of my life and looked at the stuff I’ve been through as shame, but to look at it as my superpower, and these are the things that have made the woman that I am today.”
More than that though, Clare says that she hopes her season can help others through tough times they are in now. That would definitely be one good thing to come out of a traumatic experience Clare had to go through.
