‘Sister Wives’ Star Meri Brown Shuts Down People Telling Her What To Do
Sister Wives fans tend to make a habit of telling Meri Brown how she should and shouldn’t do things. And, it appears as if she’s over it.
It looks like comments about her makeup and eyebrows tipped her over. She took to Instagram and raged at people who tell her how to live her life. Actually, the inference goes beyond that and seems inclusive of those who tell her to leave Kody.
Sister Wives star reaches tipping point after trolls criticize her makeup?
Meri Brown rarely goes off at trolls. When she does, she usually keeps her comments short and rather polite. Someone criticized her recently. On one post, a critic slammed her eyebrows. Another trolled, “Please go somewhere that will teach you the proper way to apply makeup.” At the time, Meri responded by saying, “I feel great about myself, but thanks anyway!” While it shut done the troll, and loyal fans rushed to condemn them, it seems the trolling really rankled.
Late Monday, Meri took to her Instagram and let her feelings out. And, not just about her makeup. Furious, she wrote a 400-word rant. Admittedly, the bottom half got turned into a bit of an inspirational pitch, but still, she came over as impressively the hell-in with people. In her post, Meri talked about what she wears. She mentioned her eyebrows and her makeup, her love and her pain, and her parenting. The Sister Wives‘ star’s just had enough of people telling her how to deal with all of that and more.
The Sun UK points out that fans see “Kody and Meri’s marriage” looked a failure “for years.” Maybe that accounts for all the critics on her social media.

In part, Meri Brown’s long caption read, “the world says I should improve my style. The world says I should wear a dress. The world says I should wear lipstick.” Then she let out her feelings. Meri wrote, “But I say, I’ll do what ‘I’ want. If I want to wear jeans and a t-shirt all day every day, I will.”
She talked about wearing sneakers, skirts, and her hairstyle as well.
On lipstick, she noted, “If I want to wear lipstick, well, that will just never happen, be assured! Here’s the thing. I don’t need anyone but ME to tell me what I should do.”
The Sister Wives‘ star ticked off things like her eyebrows as well. As she pointed out, she got along fine without following the instructions of others for “nearly 50 years.” She raised a daughter, loved, suffered from and caused pain, and more. Then she went on and talked about how her experiences “shaped” her. She urged her fans to live their lives their way. And, it’s no wonder that she feels fed up with all those people dishing instructions to her all the time.
