’90 Day Fiance’: Geoffrey Paschel Upset His Court Date Delayed Again
90 Day Fiance fans objected to Geoffrey Paschel right from the start of Before The 90 Days, Season 4. When the cast announcements arrived and the preview came out, they quickly picked up Geoffrey’s chequered past. He faces allegations of abuse from his ex-girlfriend. Apart from that, other stories emerged about similar clashes with his ex-wife. Now, Geoffrey sounds frustrated and upset. Basically, people wrote him off as guilty before his court case. And now, news of another delay for his hearing arrived.
90 Day Fiance – even a tribute to Geoffrey Paschell’s deceased son wasn’t safe from trolls
TV Shows Ace noted that trolls and haters hit on Geoffrey right from the start. Even before the outcome of his court case, they wanted him off the show. In fact, some people even started a petition for his removal. When Geoffrey shared a tribute on YouTube to his little boy who died, a troll even slammed him there. But appropriately, someone pointed out that sort of thing should wait for a better time. After all, a small boy died, and it’s Geoffrey’s right to mourn his loss.
Knox News reported on the court case that Geoffrey faces for abuse. The outlet reported in January on the details of the allegations. Allegedly, the 90 Day Fiance star committed the crimes of “aggravated kidnapping, domestic assault, interference with emergency calls, and vandalism.” Geoffrey, however, believes that the allegations are a smear campaign to discredit him as he fights a custody battle with another woman. The main thing though, is he that wants his day in court so he can move on with his life. But the case just got delayed again.
Geoffrey frustrated with court case delay
On Friday, Geoffrey took to his Instagram and shared his frustration. In a very long post, he said, in part, “Today was supposed to be my hearing date for the June 2019 allegations.” He then explained that a delay arises due to the [coronavrus] pandemic. He remains keen for the truth to come out and keeps asking for “the earliest possible dates every time.” Geoffrey hopes that his name ends up being cleared.
The 90 Day Fiance star grows tired of ignoring the haters. He noted, “I can’t take constant accusations from people, whilst I lie in silence, any longer.” Geoffrey also admits that if the abuse allegations held any truth, he’d face it and “accept responsibility.” But with the delay of the case again, he feels it’s time he “stands up.” He notes the “incredulous and contrived conditions that keep compounding.” In fact, he suggests the tabloids “spread sensationalized opinions.” He notes these stories indicate “lazy, one sided, internet reporting—meant only for clickbait.”

Geoffrey won’t wait for court, declares he’ll reveal his own ‘Tell All’
It seems that the 90 Day Fiance star now feels beyond protecting the interest of his court case. He seems driven to clear his name at any cost. Actually, he said, “Stay tuned for THE truth, I am preparing it now for my own tell-all.” Hopefully, his reveal won’t jeopardize his court defense when the time comes along. After all, if it’s out in the public there’s a good chance he can’t use it in his defense during the trial.
