‘My 600 LB Life’ Star Sarah Neeley Pregnant, Turns Her Life Around
My 600 Lb Life fans know that Sarah Neeley battled more than a food addiction. Following her successful weightloss under Dr. Now, she later ended up in rehab. She also experienced a miscarriage which she revisited in What Now? last summer. But she turned her life around, remains sober, became engaged, and now expects a baby. Sarah’s counting her many blessings in life.
My 600 Lb Life – engaged and pregnant, Sarah feels so blessed
On Wednesday, Sarah shared two photos on Instagram. One of those replicated an Instagram Story that she shared earlier. In her Story, she wrote, “Beyond grateful, Beyond Blessed.” She referred to the fact that she’s not only engaged to Jonah but now expects a baby for the second time. She came a long way from her low point in August last year. At the time, TV Shows Ace reported that she went into rehab. It seemed she rued the day that she swapped her food addiction for another addiction. It’s not clear what addiction she went into rehab for, but she fought her way back.
Prior to that, fans saw the My 600 LB Life star weigh in at 642lbs. InTouch Weekly reminds readers that she lost a staggering 200lbs. Topping that off, in December this year, she told fans on Instagram that she celebrated the festive season sober. So, she did well with that addiction. Now engaged, keeping her weight down, overcoming that addiction, and getting engaged gets topped off with her expecting a baby. No wonder she feels “blessed.” But notably, she admits it’s “A journey it has been, and still is.”

Sarah confirms her pregnancy to the media
Starcasm reported that apart from sharing her pregnancy news in her IG Stories, she also confirmed the news with them. Sarah said, “I am engaged. And pregnant,” adding, “Life is truly amazing.'” Meanwhile, over on her Instagram, plenty of fans commented about how she overcame and where she stands at the moment. One fan wrote, “Your journey on the show is one of my favorites. Love seeing your progress…rooting for you!”
Another My 600 LB Life fan commented, “Congratulations on your strength and determination. I love your story and I’m your fan here in Brazil. you are very beautiful, a lot of happiness and success in your journey.” Another one said, “Beautiful, always! Megalomedia faces lawsuits over My 600 LB Life
