‘Sister Wives’: Meri Brown’s Inspired By Mary Poppins
Sister Wives returned on January 5 and already, there’s plenty of drama with Kody and the four wives. The preview suggested much more yet come. Already, we saw Meri Brown basically bullied out of her new Flagstaff home, and the other wives wouldn’t take her in. Meri returns yet again with issues and problems with Kody. And, the other wives like Robyn feels stuck in the middle of it. But, in real life, looking perky, she’s now inspired by Mary Poppins.
Sister Wives – upset and sad, Meri hits the screen again
Fans of the TLC show might need to rack their brains to recall the last time the show portrayed Meri in a happy frame of mind. She’s always either on the edge of tears or possibly about to sulk. This season, fans see angry and upset Meri once more as she and Kody and the other wives clash. Actually, TV Shows Ace noted that upset and angry are not confined to Meri this time. In fact, so far, the only one looking like she’s holding it together is Janelle.
Out of all the women on the show, the only person who really tried explaining why Meri couldn’t stay with one of the other Sister Wives was Janelle. In the show, we saw the cops get called as the neighbors didn’t want Meri living there. She ended up going back to Las Vegas. Concerned fans wondered why she couldn’t stay with one of the other wives. On Twitter, Janelle explained, “Meri runs a business that takes a lot of room and we have all moved into smaller homes compared to what we had. The bedrooms are full. We didn’t have an option.” Well, it’s the business that keeps Meri going off-screen.
LuLaRoe and Mary Poppins inspire Meri Brown
Meri Brown joined LuLaRoe about three years ago. Maybe because she already had a large fan following, she seems to do very well. Meri often travels on business and gets away from the rest of the family. On Friday night, she posted about how Mary Poppins inspires her and LuLaRoe delivers her satisfaction. She posted up a photo of herself in yellow and black with comfy footwear. The caption read, “Open different doors, you may find a ‘you’ there that you never knew was yours. Anything can happen.” — Mary Poppins.”
Meri then continued on with her post, writing, “How appropriate, as I’m standing here in front of the cast member doors at Disneyland.” Then she said, “and also just coming off a few amazing days at a LuLaRoe training.” The Sister Wives star continued with, “Grateful I opened the door to this chapter of my life a few years ago. Grateful for the ‘me’ I’ve found along the way. Looking forward to the amazing new ‘anythings’ that will come along.”

Meri seems to be a different ‘me’ on the Sister Wives show
As the seasons go by and Meri becomes more successful with her B&B and LuLaRoe, it becomes evident that much of the TV show’s probably edited to show the “poor Meri.” No matter what happens on the TV show, in real life, Meri seems to be reaching out for happiness and independence. In fact, she often shares inspirational messages with her fans. This time, it comes from Mary Poppins.
