Sadie Robertson Has An Empowering Message For Young Fans
Sadie Robertson has got it good. She has several books under her belt. She even has her own podcast and YouTube channel. The 22-year-old also got married to her sweetheart, Christian Huff. As previously reported via TV Shows Ace, the couple has been enjoying their honeymoon together.
Both have taken to their respective Instagram accounts to share special moments from their honeymoon. In some of the photos, Sadie looks comfortable in her skin. She’s even seen wearing a bikini despite preaching modesty in the past. Now she’s sharing an empowering message to her young fans. The former Dancing with the Stars contestant revealed that the reason why she feels comfortable in her own skin is because of her loving husband.

Sadie has encouraged her 3.6 million Instagram followers to put an end to their body image issues. In a new post, the reality star shared a photo of herself wearing a red one-piece swimsuit. It can be hard to share a photo of yourself wearing a swimsuit on social media. It’s hard enough to wear a bathing suit in public.
But Sadie makes it look so easy. She wants her fans to know that it’s okay to love yourself, even your imperfections. Her husband’s thoughts on her body inspired her to write her own message about self-love and acceptance.
In her post, she said that her husband remarked, “Whoa babe your stretch marks are so cool,” which made her talk about this difficult topic. “I’m finding it’s pretty cool that the things I was insecure about, my husband thinks are the best,” she wrote in her post.

“I think that the things most people are insecure about are the things we think are the best on the ones we love,” Sadie continued. “Smile lines, face wrinkles, stretch marks, scars that say we made it through something hard, and all the other things we notice in the mirror that bother us, our friends and family notice and love.”
Sadied ended her post with some thoughtful advice for her fans. She said that if other people love your flaws, then you should love them as well. She added that “it would make life a lot more fun.”
Sadie Robertson says ‘marriage is awesome’
This isn’t the first time that Sadie has opened up about body image issues. She often addresses difficult topics like body confidence on her blog, Live Original. Sadie later followed up with another post about how much she appreciates her followers’ advice on her new marriage.
“We’ve truly been so thankful,” she wrote. “It’s brought so much joy and excitement for our life and future together! Our people haven’t been fluffy about the hard parts of marriage, but they’ve been more than supportive and celebratory cheering us on to walk in it!”
“We are so thankful for the examples around us and all the advice!” Sadie added. “God’s design is awesome and what he does through marriage is something we are so excited to step into.”

The couple has been honeymooning in Cabo San Lucas, according to a People report. In one of the photos, Sadie and her husband posed barefoot in the sand. A second photo shows her doe-eyed husband enjoying chips, quesadillas, and salsa on the beach.
“I know it’s only week 1 but marriage is awesome,” she exclaimed in one Instagram post.

In several other snapshots, Christian shared intimate photos of the two posing in swimsuits and chowing down on Mexican food.
Sadie Robertson married Christian Huff on her family’s Louisiana farm on Monday night, Nov. 25. The star-studded event included her season 19 Dancing with the Stars castmate Alfonso Ribeiro and Fuller House star Candace Cameron Bure.
