Kathryn Dennis has been in a battle for her children’s custody since over a year ago. Her ex Thomas Ravenel and the Southern Charm starlet have thrown accusations at each other since then. Both have tried to paint the other in the worst light. According to All About The Tea, their battle ended on November 1st.

On an Instagram post Kathryn said they had resolved everything that had to do with their children. The two children Kensington and Saint are still under the age of six and fans have been concerned about them. The two reality stars finally signed an agreement and settled on fifty, fifty legal custody with Thomas being the primary custodian.

Kathryn Dennis also said she, “believes that this joint custody arrangement is in their children’s best interests. Dennis said she’s happy to move forward and thanked fans for their support. The custody agreement also states that Thomas will consult Kathryn on all decisions including their education, religion, healthcare, and extra-curricular activities.

He will be employing a full-time nanny that will take care of the children when they are with Kathryn. This is the expense agreed upon in lieu of paying child support. Dennis must get the nanny who will take care of the children when they are with her. They also had to agree not to expose the children to inappropriate television or content of any kind. This means no watching Southern Charm, ever. The two also reinforced neither will have a significant other sleep over while the children are in their care.

Kathryn Dennis’ ex-boyfriend senator Joe Abruzzo brought some disturbing things to the court’s attention. He said Kathryn left him and her younger son alone despite not knowing him that well. He maintained she kept her older child with her while she partied.
