Andrew Glennon Of ‘Teen Mom OG’ To Remain In Indiana
Andrew Glennon wanted to head back to California with his son despite an ongoing battle with his mother Amber Portwood. The Teen Mom OG stars have been in a bitter custody battle for their one-year-old son, James. The Ashleys Reality Roundup had an exclusive report that he was going to stay in Indiana.
Andrew released a disturbing recording of Amber hitting him while he held the baby and alleged she threatened him with a machete. They have since been back and forth with Amber denying that happened. Her co-stars have supported her by saying they hope everyone gets the help they need.
He isn’t going to have to stay in Indiana forever. After an evidentiary hearing they will bring the subject of his relocation up again. Andrew’s paternity has now been established by the court which will make the custody hearing easier for him.

Andrew Glennon and Amber Portwood Reached A Mediation Agreement
The Ashleys Reality Roundup reported the former couple and the Department of Child Services had reached an agreement that James will have primary physical custody. The two will share joint legal custody. This means Amber will be allowed time with James.
She will have three days in a work week but not in a row for three hours, with one day for ten hours. For scheduled holidays she will have him for eight hours and must return him an hour before bed.
Andrew Glennon agreed Amber could have an overnight once a week but only if during visits she’s been responsible with the baby. There is a no-contact order in place so there will be a go-between to transport the baby to each parent.
The Baby Will Not Be Filmed For MTV
Amber had to agree James wouldn’t be filmed by MTV even if Amber is. Both parents had to agree that they would not post pictures of him on social media. Andrew Glennon and Amber are only to communicate through a custody app and can’t talk about anything except for James and his care.
Andrew is going to be responsible for health insurance and medical expenses. Amber is going to claim James as a dependent on her taxes this year, and they will revisit this in the future. Amber still had to deal with her court case from getting arrested in July. That date is set for the end of the month to go to a Pre-Trial Conference.
