Former ‘Teen Mom’ Farrah Abraham Just Lost a Ton of Instagram Followers

Farrah Abraham is one of those celebrities who thrives on having a lot of followers on social media. Recently she said she’d made sure to set up a life for herself without the help of Teen Mom. Most likely a lot of that depends on ad money she gets from having a lot of followers. Most people who are fortunate enough to be on a reality television show that’s popular become influencers.

She’s had a lot of attention negative and positive since she was on Teen Mom. Farrah is an aspiring actress who often posts pictures jet-setting with her ten-year-old daughter. She’s gotten a lot of hate for the way she parents and a lot of attention for her plastic surgery procedures. One example of this is a recent photo of her standing in front of a window in Paris with risqué lingerie on. The issue according to Pop Culture is it appeared she had her daughter take the pic.

Now it seems her livelihood, her followers, are going away. Abraham got fired from Teen Mom a long time ago, but her fans have remained pretty loyal. She had over two million followers on Instagram, and her daughter has quite a few followers as well. In the past few days though, her follower number has headed on a downward slump.

Why Is Farrah Abraham Losing Her Instagram Followers?

One theory is she’s losing fans because of all the plastic surgery she’s had coupled with her daughter’s recent controversies. A few fans were concerned she wasn’t going to the best places since she’s been having procedures so frequently.

One fan said, “she had dents in her face. And my thing is she’s going to different places… I really don’t think a lot of these people have a lot of experience.” A fan posted on a recent picture that Farrah needed to cool it with the surgeries. She said she was starting to make herself look old.

Another reason she might have lost a lot of followers is because of bots actually being a lot of her followers. When Instagram sweeps for these fake followers they all get hit at once. However, since she dropped over forty thousand followers it did seem drastic. If she continues the patterns she’s used in the past, fans can expect some controversial content. Farrah isn’t above going to extremes to try and bring those followers back.
