‘Sister Wives’: Meri Brown Shares Beautiful Throwback Photo, Inspirational Message
Sister Wives fans saw posts from Meri Brown showing a recent vacation she went on with friends in Utah. A couple of weeks ago, they visited Brian Head and the Dixie Forest. Actually, some fans scolded her for sharing photos of her getting too close to the edge of the cliffs. Now, she has shared a nice throwback photo of her time there. She also took to her Instagram stories to share an inspirational message for the weekend.
Sister Wives fans enjoy inspirational messages from Meri Brown
Fans of the TLC show often see inspirational messages from Meri Brown on her Instagram stories. Sometimes, it seems she shares things that she read and helped her. Other times, she shares just positive things almost at random. But, they all obviously speak to her. On Friday night Meri shared a quote saying “Your Only Limit Is Your Mind.” BrainyQuote attributes it to Arnold Schwarzenegger who put it this way: “The mind is the limit.”
As Wendi Weiner put it on the Thrive Global Medium Blog, it is possible to limit ourselves by what we entertain in our minds. She then noted, “we put limits on ourselves through our thoughts, and then we limit the actions we take. We underestimate our greatness or that we can achieve something greater than we ever thought possible.” So, that’s the message Sister Wives‘ Meri Brown’s sharing this weekend.
Vacation, positive thoughts, and a throwback photo
After her vacation, Meri Brown took herself off into the woods to have a good big think about relationships. Returning, she told her followers that she fretted over relationships but now finds herself in a more positive place. So, leaving the negatives out of our thoughts can really change the way we see ourselves and others. Next, Meri posted up a lovely photo as a throwback to her vacation in Utah. She captioned it with, “That one day we were up at 11000 feet at Brianhead Peak….” She also tagged her friend.
It’s a beautiful photo and the Sister Wives star looks fresh and attractive with the stunning backdrop scenery behind her. Fans commented on it and here’s what some of them said to Meri Brown:

Well, in answer to the last comment, maybe Meri Brown’s secret lies in working hard to live life without the negatives. Maybe her message about “Your Only Limit Is Your Mind,” helps her stay in a positive place. After all, happiness sometimes seems very elusive. It seems that Meri’s message is that sometimes, we just have to take a positive attitude and go out and work for it. And, when we are happy, beauty radiates out of people.
