‘Honey Boo Boo’ Turns 14, Custodian Pumpkin Shares Supportive Message To Her Little Sister

@mamajune_wetv on Instagram shared a video to celebrate Alana’s birthday on Wednesday. The short little clip showed Alana wearing a crown and bringing her well-known humor to the occasion. Often, their humor comes from a dark place. And, it seems dark days certainly invaded her life recently.

Many fans poured out genuine love for ‘Honey Boo Boo’ on the post. @miellyramswrote, “Happy birthday honey it’s my birthday too today 828. I didn’t know maybe that’s why I love you so much…have a nice happy birthday!!!” Another fan, @mandaoliver38 posted, “Happy Birthday! Miss seeing you on TV and keeping up with the family. Wish you all the best.” Well, it seems those best wishes will go a long way, as it’s not all honey and roses in her life right now.

Pumpkin’s supportive message to her little sister

Sharing a photo of ‘Honey Boo Boo’ pulling a funny face, Pumpkin also wrote a sweet and supportive note to her sister. She captioned it with, “Happy birthday to my not so little sister. Today you’re 14 and I’m so happy I get to spend it with you. Things haven’t been the easiest lately but I promise we will get through it. I love being there for you when you need me most. And I enjoy being your sister mom. I hope today is all you wish for and more ❤️❤️.”

Some fans wondered what was wrong and why Alana lives with her big sister. Possibly, they don’t keep up with the tabloids. TV Shows Ace wrote a number of articles about how Alana ended up with Pumpkin. One of those noted, “June and Geno being arrested after June called the cops to an altercation. Was June even there for her daughter’s birthday?

After Sugar Bear gave permission for Pumpkin to take over custody of ‘Honey Boo Boo,’ she started going to a real school. School and healthier home environment for Alana left Mama June free to take off. TMZ report that June put her home on the market. It looks like she sold off pretty much everything, and took to life on the road in an RV with Geno. The outlet also suggested she’s now estranged from her daughters. So, it’s quite likely ‘Honey Boo Boo’ never saw her mom on her special birthday. Nevertheless, Pumpkin seems all there for her, and fans love her for caring for her little sister.
