Does Kourtney Kardashian Need To Copy Kylie To Save Poosh?

Kourtney Kardashian released a new luxury lifestyle brand called Poosh. It hasn’t had the response she thought it would and reports are the website is tanking. The reason she wanted to launch the site was to bring her advice and favorite products to her fans.

Currently, Poosh has a little bit of everything from clothes, to home decor, to CBD Oil. Soon, the site will have some new products that are quite similar to Kylie’s skincare products.

What Kourtney Kardashian Is Copying From Her Little Sister

In order to help Poosh become successful Radar Online reported Kourtney Kardashian is in the process of getting new trademarks for products on her website. This includes an entire skincare line similar to Kylie’s products.

Kylie would be the sister to copy if Kourtney needs a push on her website. Kylie is worth millions and her Skin By Kylie has done very well. Kourtney Kardashian has now filed a Poosh trademark for milks, lotions, masks, creams, hair care, soap, cosmetics, and perfumery among other beauty products. Kylie is one of the youngest millionaires in the world and reportedly makes more than all of her sisters.

Why Hasn’t Poosh Been As Successful As Kylie’s Line?

Radar Online had previously reported the Poosh website wasn’t doing well. Kourtney Kardashian blames her mother and manager Kris Jenner. A source says, “she thinks her mother has focused so much time and energy into Kylie and Kim that she’s been neglected. The Hollywood Gossip reported since Kourtney thinks Kris has doomed the business she’s seeking outside advice. She is consulting with a firm to determine what’s going wrong.

Kourtney’s site hasn’t been without criticism. Fans have said they can’t afford the lifestyle she’s selling because her products are priced too high. In addition to trademarks for cosmetics, Kourtney Kardashian has also filed for beverage glassware, non-electric teapots, candles, and matcha tea powder.

It’s understandable Kourtney Kardashian wanted to launch something that was just hers. Maybe she needed to spend a little more time considering what her fans could afford before she launched. Just because it’s a product she loves and uses doesn’t mean her fans are going to pay sixty dollars for a bottle of collagen.

Imitation is the highest form of flattery and Kylie can certainly handle a little competition. It remains to be seen if a cosmetics and beauty line is too little too late for the lifestyle website and business.
