James Kennedy Can’t See Cast Coming Back From ‘Betrayal’

James Kennedy is sharing that he cannot see the Vanderpump Rules cast coming back from this season’s “betrayal.” He and Tom Sandoval had been such close friends for many years. More so, Kennedy referred to Sandoval as somewhat of a big brother. Plus, Raquel Leviss was his ex-fiancee so this was an overall mess. Now, he is opening up about the future of the show. James Kennedy Can’t See Cast Coming Back From ‘Betrayal’

In Season 9, Tom Sandoval helped James Kennedy plan an epic proposal for Raquel Leviss. This was the ultimate best friend thing and they really bonded over this. Furthermore, the cast was stunned when Kennedy and Raquel called it quits at the reunion that same season. By Season 10, James had moved on with Ally Lewber and seemed much happier while Raquel was exploring her freedom. She dated SUR manager Peter Madrigal, kissed Tom Schwartz, and married Oliver Saunders. Though none of those panned out, she was hiding that she was having an affair with Tom Sandoval.

He had been dating Ariana Madix for nine years and she was one of Raquel’s closest friends. James Kennedy and Lala Kent started to get suspicious of how close Sandoval and Raquel had become. Yet, they went about their lives. The epic Season 10 finale aired Wednesday, May 17th where the truth was exposed. James called Raquel and asked what was going on but she denied that she and Sandoval were together. According to Us Weekly, James shared his feelings on the finale and the “betrayal.”

“It’s just a classic story of betrayal. You know, you got two brothers that really, like, grew up on a show together and … it’s just, like, a kind of a backstabbing kind of move. It was something that I don’t feel like [we] will ever come back from. So, it was kind of a farewell almost,” the DJ shared. Though the show has been renewed for another season, how it will play out is yet to be seen.

James’ Profiting Off Of ‘Scandoval’

Though this show has broken James Kennedy’s heart, he does have a sense of humor. He launched a hat and a T-shirt based off of calling Tom Sandoval a worm with a mustache at the reunion. They are exclusively sold on his website and are only available through the 19th of May. However, they say the Reunion 2023 so they are great for fans who are ready to watch the three-part reunion. During the reunion, Sandoval and Kennedy come to blows so emotions are definitely running high.
