’90 Day Fiance’ Jihoon Lee Hints He’s Keeping Busy Amid Split
The 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way couple couldn’t make their relationship work. Deavan Clegg and Jihoon Lee went their separate ways. It’s unclear what went wrong in their relationship but it’s clear their relationship had more lows than highs. Over the weekend, Jihoon confirmed that he and Deavan are no longer together.
Fans noticed that she’s been back at home in Utah for the past few months. Some even noticed on social media that she’s moved on. The Korean reality star took to Instagram to post a new cryptic message on his Instagram Stories. He apologized to his followers and hinted that he’s “working hard” to help take care of his family.
90 Day Fiance star apologizes to his followers
On Monday, August 24, Jihoon took to his Instagram Stories to make an announcement. Once again, he apologized to his followers. Jihoon has been on an apology amid the couple’s rocky second season on 90 Day Fiance: The Other Way. Even if he’s sorry, he’s still “grateful” for the fans who have his back during this difficult time.
In his message, Jihoon said he’s “working hard.” He hopes that it’ll keep him busy amid his split from Deavan. He also promised his followers that he’ll focus on his work from now on. That’s when Jihoon announced that he’ll take a leave of absence from social media in the near future.
“I’m thinking of leaving social media for a while until then,” he continued. “but not to long I need a lot of change for myself. [SIC]. I promise I’ll show you a better side of me when I come back.”
Jihoon promises that he’ll become a changed man. On Season 2 of The Other Way, Deavan slammed him for not having a full-time job. In the previous season, the couple had trust issues. Jihoon admitted to his then-fiance that he sold stolen cell phones. But these days, Jihoon makes money by delivering food.
What happened with Jihoon and Deavan?
Things moved fast for the 90 Day Fiance couple when Deavan got pregnant with his first child. The two got married before they could even develop a relationship. When Deavan moved to Korea in Season 2, Jihoon promised her that things would be different. He also said that he would be able to financially support their family. But he didn’t have a plan in mind.
When Deavan found out, she felt betrayed by him. She questioned her future with Jihoon. In a previous episode, he admitted that he spent most of the money he made on himself because he didn’t take their relationship seriously. In his recent Instagram post, he seemingly confirmed that they were filing for a divorce.

But Jihoon couldn’t reveal the details of their split due to the show’s NDA clause. He also asked his followers to pray for Deavan and their baby, Taeyang, as per Screen Rant. In that post, he also promised fans that he would do better. That’s when the TLC star took to his Instagram Live to tell his followers that he was no longer with Deavan.
