‘Below Deck Sailing Yacht’: Jenna MacGillivray Is All Smiles In Greece
Below Deck Sailing Yacht star Jenna MacGillivray looks happy in Greece. This comes after the reality star addressed the backlash she’s received on social media for her behavior on the show. The chief stew was all smiles when she shared a photo of herself in a tie-dye swimsuit and “ridiculous sunglasses” while fishing. She reportedly traveled to Greece after spending time in quarantine with chef Adam Glick at his ranch.
MacGillivray hasn’t been well-received. Viewers think she’s the worst chief stew since Adrian Gang from Below Deck Season 1. It’s unclear whether MacGillivray will return for another season of Below Deck Sailing Yacht. She’s judged for everything from her relationship with Glick to her treatment of her stews.
Jenna MacGillivray shows a softer side to herself
Below Deck Sailing Yacht star chief stew showed a softer side to herself on Instagram. On Sunday, May 17, Jenna MacGillivray took to Instagram to post a photo of herself fishing in the waters of Greece, per Bravo TV. In the photo, MacGillivray wore a blue and white tie-dye one-piece swimsuit that features crochet netting. She paired her look with denim cutoff shorts. The Bravo star also has a big smile on her face. She looks happy and relaxed doing what she loves.

“I grew up on the lake and learned how to shoot a gun and cast a line by the time I was 4,” MacGillivray wrote in her caption. “I’m wearing ridiculous sunglasses and my tatas wouldn’t stay in line, but I caught what I was looking for.”
She finished off her look with a New York Yankees baseball hat and oversized tortoise-shell sunglasses. This photo comes after Monday night’s episode of Below Deck Sailing Yacht when Captain Glenn confronted her about her “indefensible” actions.
Below Deck Sailing Yacht chief stew gets called out for her actions
Both crew members and viewers have expressed their frustrations over Jenna MacGillivray throughout the season. On the latest episode, Captain Glenn Shephard called her out for her actions, per Decider. After the two discuss her behavior, MacGillivray takes it out on second stew Madison Stalker. Shephard decides to have a meeting with both of them, so they are on the same page.
“I’m not here to get in the middle of personal politics,” Shephard says during his confessional. “My concern is can Jenna and Madison call a truce to get us to the finish line?”

There’s only one charter left in the season. It shouldn’t be so hard for MacGillivray to step it up. But she worries that it could conflict with her relationship. MacGillivray reminds him that she and Glick are not hooking up in front of the charter guests. She argues that they keep their relationship professional as much as possible.
“I just think you’re justifying your actions,” Shephard responds. “You’re defending them when they’re indefensible.”
Jenna came across as defensive of her relationship. But less PDA could do the couple some good. Both Glick and MacGillivray could use this time to focus on the final charter. MacGillivray addressed her behavior in the past and apologized to her crew members.
