Carrie Underwood is ready to make her big debut on American Idol. She is replacing Katy Perry as the new judge, and most fans seem happy to see her there. However, her husband said he wasn’t sure it was a good fit and hoped she could handle the pressure. While Underwood is a fan favorite, fans are already showing why this might not be the best job a person can have.

Fans Already Passing Judgment On Carrie Underwood
Katy Perry learned the hard way that fans would turn on her and start judging everything she did once she worked on American Idol. Despite being a beloved former winner, fans have already begun to judge Carrie, and many are making hateful judgmental comments online about the new judge.
Carrie appeared on Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve in Times Square. She performed, and most of her fans loved it. However, as expected on social media, plenty of people only live their lives to pass judgment on others. This happened to Carrie, and many fans blasted how she looked (via Daily Mail).

Carrie Underwood has never said anything about cosmetic plastic surgery. She did have surgery on her face after a bad fall in 2017, where she needed 40 stitches in her face. However, there has never been any evidence that she had plastic surgery to change her looks.
Of course, she is also 20 years older than she was when she appeared on American Idol, and in the real world, people’s appearances change as they age. With that said, there are some “experts” who believe she has had cosmetic surgery.

Dr. Daniel Barrett, a Beverly Hills-based plastic surgeon, is pretty sure that Carrie Underwood has had some plastic surgery. He said that he is pretty sure she has had a nose job, lip filer, and Botox.

‘If you look at the nose, there’s more of a swoop and pinched tip, which could indicate a possible rhinoplasty,” he said. “The lips, for sure, in my opinion, look like they’ve had some work done. I love Carrie Underwood, but this is my unbiased opinion of what she’s done.”
It is unclear if he is right or just fishing for clout, but his video does have 313,000 views.
