Wendy Williams Goes Nuts On Caretakers Over Expensive Scooter

In a recent video that has appeared on social media, TV personality Wendy Williams went off on her caretakers. A podcast team had captured the moment while the star was in Miami. During the video, Williams herself also took time to explain what was going on.

Wendy Williams Was In Miami For Her Son’s Graduation At The Time

Williams is arguably best known for hosting The Wendy Williams Show from 2008 to 2021. Beforehand, she was also known for her work as a radio DJ.

Back in 2023, Williams was diagnosed with aphasia and frontotemporal dementia. Since then, she has somewhat stepped away from the public life.

As TMZ reported, a video has recently surfaced in which Williams could be seen going off on her caretakers. Allegedly, the star was left stranded without her mobility scooter.

As the publication noted, the incident was captured by the “We in Miami” podcast crew. As previously reported, Williams was recently in Miami, traveling from New York, to see her son’s graduation ceremony.

Williams could be heard accusing her team of leaving her mobility scooter in the middle of the street. This allegedly took place around a celebratory dinner for her son.

The crew shared the video on Instagram. As the caption read, “Wendy Williams reveals dissatisfaction with her caretakers during her visit for her son Kevin’s graduation. The problem was over the coordination of Wendy’s departure from the graduation dinner. Kevin recently shared that his Mom wants to come home.”

Williams Made Clear She Expects Better Of Her Team

In the subtitled video, Williams could be heard saying, “And then you…and then both of you walked away, leaving my s*** in the middle of the street like this. Just get the car, please. Make sure it’s the right car.”

Williams was then asked what happened. Williams shared, “They got the wrong car so I knocked on the door and it was [the] totally wrong car. They left my scooter as they walked over there, leaving my most precious, most, this cost a f****** mint.” Driving off, Williams added, “They just left my s*** out there.”

The video then cut back to Williams confronting her team. She could be heard saying, “Get the car over here, not over there, so I can go easily into the street for the car.” She continued, “[They’re] supposed to be ordering the car, that’s what you’re supposed to be doing.”

Taking to the comments, many fans shared their support for Williams over the incident. Many were especially happy to see her seemingly doing well.

As one fan wrote, “Glad that she seems to be doing better. She needs better caretakers.” Another wrote, “She is definitely in her right state of mind, there is no denying that,” pairing it with a heart emoji.
