Mama June Remembers Anna Cardwell
On December 9, 2024, Anna Cardwell’s family grieved the one-year anniversary of her passing. This was a hard time for the entire family. However, June has revealed some ways that she keeps Anna’s memory alive. Mama June revealed that she will not delete Anna’s number from their family group chats. She often texts her as well. Not only that, but she takes her ashes everywhere with her. If they travel, her ashes go with them. They do not take them on a plane. However, they will take her ashes to the parking lot and leave her there. Some people had mixed opinions on this. However, they want the family to grieve in whatever way they need to.
She Opens Up About Her Granddaughter Kaitlyn
Mama June has opened up about her granddaughter Kaitlyn. She resembles Anna in more ways than one.
“Kaitlyn’s been here for over a year now because they lived in the house where Anna passed away and she’s getting adjusted. She definitely reminds us of Anna. I tell a lot of people that if you want to know what Anna looked like as a teenager, Kaitlyn. Attitude, the way she talks, the way she acts, everything is Anna to a f—— T.”
June also revealed that the hardest part about Anna being gone is that she is not there for her children when things go down. Mama June currently has custody of her granddaughter Kaitlyn. However, she does not have custody of her other granddaughter, Kylee. She lives with Michael Cardwell who is her biological father.
It seems that Kaitlyn reminds June of Anna a lot. This is something that she loves to see. June says that Kaitlyn not only looks like Anna but acts just like her too. Fans love that Kaitlyn is so much like Anna. It will let everyone remember her in a way that they may not have been able to otherwise. The family is still grieving this loss every single day.
