‘The Voice’ Season 27 Release Date And Coaches, What To Know

The Voice: Michael Buble

The Voice Season 26 ended, and Michael Buble was the big winner. He had the top two finalists this season and won with Sofronio Vasquez. While some fans had a lot of problems with this season of the show, it ended up with a nice finale, and now, fans are looking forward to the next season. There will be some big changes coming, though.

Here is what you need to know about Season 27 and who will be there to act as the coaches this next time around.

When Will The Voice Season 27 Premiere?

This season of The Voice ended with Sofronio Vasquez taking home the title. As it is every season, people complained that the show was “rigged,” not understanding that if their favorites won, other people would also claim it was rigged. Only one person can win, and fans voted for Sofronio this season.

However, with the season wrapping up, fans can look ahead to the next hit singing competition series season. There will be some big changes, including some huge replacements in the coach’s chairs. That said, the new season will arrive around the same time as it usually does, early in 2025.

There are less than two months to wait for the new season of The Voice, which will premiere around the time the NFL season ends. The Voice Season 27 premieres on NBC on Monday, February 3, 2025, at 8/7c. The episode will then be live on demand the next day on Peacock.

This will also be a huge season for fans of the original cast of The Voice.

The Voice Bringing Back OG Coach

Since Blake Shelton left a few seasons ago, The Voice has none of its original coaches. Blake was the sole remaining coach from the show’s first few seasons. However, that all changes in Season 27, when Adam Levine returns to the show after a 10-season break.

Adam Levine was a coach in the first 16 seasons of the series, and he won the entire thing three times (Javier Colon, Tessanne Chin, and Jordan Smith). Now, he is looking to add to his win total. However, he has some big competition since Michael Buble is returning after fielding the two best singers this past season.

With that said, Reba McEntire is leaving the show, as are Snoop Dogg and Gwen Stefani. The good news is that another veteran The Voice coach is returning, with John Legend. This will be his 10th season on the show, although he has only won it once (Maelyn Jarmon). Rounding out the coaches is the one country singer in Kelsea Ballerini, a first timer.
