‘Sister Wives’ How Robyn Brown Took Family Down In 18 Seconds Clip
Sister Wives star, Robyn Brown has several characteristics that seem to be passed on to her kids that show who she truly is. Although she wants fans to see that she is the peacemaker in the family, fans don’t agree. Now they see her true colors and how she took down the family in an 18-second clip.
Robyn Brown Took Control Early On
Although Sister Wives Season 19 attempts to paint Robyn Brown as the loving, caring, and doting wife who stands by Kody Brown, many fans aren’t buying it. As Kody talks about his “shy” wife, fans think it is a contrived narrative that doesn’t align with the past seasons fans have watched. Many people retrieve receipts from earlier seasons that show Robyn’s true colors. While Robyn tries to appear to be the pleaser, some fans think her intentions were to control Meri, Janelle, and Christine’s time with Kody early on.
How Robyn Brown Took Family Down In 18 Seconds Clip
However, Sister Wives fans have spotted one quick 18-second clip that says it all. During the short segment from earlier years, fans see how Robyn was able to take down the family. In a clip from Season 3, Kody Brown was struggling to hop from one house to the others, while the plural family was spread out in Las Vegas, NV. Since he had been accustomed to having three wives and their kids under one roof in Lehi, UT, with only Robyn and her kids being separate, it was difficult for him to get used to having his things spread out between four different homes.
The brief clip shows that Kody is frustrated because he doesn’t have sweats at her house. She condescendingly tells him, “Well, you could throw on some jeans and walk up to Christine’s and get yourself some sweats and come back and change into the sweats.” But she admits to the cameras, “When it gets close for Kody to leave, I get a little bit sad. The fact that he gets to run is huge to me.” Then she reveals point blank, “I don’t usually let him out of my sight.” Afterward, she laughs with the delight of having control of her husband. But fans think Robyn’s words were more than a joke, they were her deep-seated desire to keep Kody primarily for herself. Likewise, the years following show Robyn edging in more and more time with Kody which led to the division of the plural family.
- One fan on TikTok notes, “She does that little laugh at the end, like joking, but really she’s not joking and doesn’t let him out of her sight.”
Fans Correlated Her Actions Are Passed Along To Ari Too
Some people correlate that Robyn Brown’s neediness in the scene is connected to how Ariella Brown acts with her separation anxiety in later seasons. While others point out that Robyn was devious and controlling.
- On TikTok, one fan says, “She’s devious but plays the victim .”
- “The funny thing is I think Robyn ONLY wanted to be the FAVORITE WIFE, not necessarily the ONLY WIFE! 😂 So let’s see what happens 🤷🏻♀️.”
- The original poster adds, “Right!! Now she is solo…oh what will she do now?!? 😂.”
- Another simply says, “Evil.”
- “She’s trying to control the whole family.. but Christine caught on! Get out Robin!”
- “Bingo it’s what we all have been saying !! She’s running the family !!”
- “Make sure he don’t change into those sweats at Christine’s! lol she made a point to say come back then change lol.”
- “Verifying she the boss.”
She Had Her Claws In Kody
Even though Robyn Brown knew Kody Brown would be right back, she expressed how she could hardly bear for him to leave at all. Fans see the manipulation early in their relationship.
- On Reddit, a fan questions, “I wonder why she married a polygamist. Very odd.”
- Another Redditor adds, “She thought she was so cute for saying this too.”
- Someone else points out her milk intolerance, “I think she thought this would be like quirky or funny, but it aged about as well as that milk did in her sensitive tummy. 🙃.”
- Another TikToker says, “Woahhhh I forgot about this side of her.”
- “I am still in disbelief that people didn’t see what she was in the beginning either. Snake.”
- “He is her puppet.”
- “The funny thing is, if Robyn only acted she really means, she might be popular.”

Actually, I think Kody is the issue. He has to have “all” his wives taking care of him. He wants what he wants no matter what. He saw that he was losing control of everyone and chose not to talk or listen to what they felt. It was about him!! I believe he used Robyn too. He is a grown man with young adult children who he refuses to call bc everyone is turning on him. He should be the father that calls them and shows that he cares about them and wants to get to know
their families and those beautiful grandbabies that are a gift from God. Enjoy your family!! Him and his children need to start healing. It begins with him. Robyn is and has been modeling her daughter’s. They watched or heard things they shouldn’t have and now this is how to make that boundary. Healthy or unhealthy choices were made. Now, there is a division in the family. It’s ashame bc no one should live a life in anger, pain or resentment. You never know about tomorrow as you all know to well (so sorry ). I hope Kody does read this with an open mind. Don’t go into it as a victim.
Robyn – I’m sorry – is the WORSTE! Goes for her eat your face off look she has. Brrrrrrrrr…..
