Joe Exotic Makes Shocking Offer To President-Elect Trump

Joe Exotic has come up with his latest plan to escape incarceration. He recently wrote to President-Elect Donald Trump asking for a pardon. Added to this, he also has an idea on how he can help in the new Trump administration. Interestingly, this isn’t the only time he’s asked Trump for help.

Exotic arguably rose to fame through the Netflix series, Tiger King. The series showcased the Greater Wynnewood Exotic Animal Park, the “Tiger King Park,” which he ran.

Joe Exotic Wrote His Letter Before Trump Was Re-Elected

The TV personality is currently incarcerated at the Federal Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas. Exotic was allegedly tied to an attempted murder-for-hire plot against his rival, Big Cat Rescue CEO Carole Baskin.

However, Exotic recently unleashed a new plan to get out of jail. He recently wrote a letter asking President-Elect Donald Trump for a pardon.

According to Radar Online, it appears that Exotic wrote the letter before Trump had been re-elected this November. However, he seemed hopeful Trump would win, mentioning he was “scared of hell” over Kamala Harris.

As the letter read, “A lot of people went to bat for you in 2021 who have been living in hell ever since then. Everyone hopes you keep the promises you made during your campaign, which include pardoning everyone sooner than later in January 2025.”

“Some of those very people have been stuck in solitary confinement, forced to live like rats, have killed themselves in prison, or have died. Some, like myself, have fought like hell to hang on, hoping for you to win this election.”

Exotic Has Asked Trump For Help Before

Should Exotic gain his pardon through Trump, his next goal is to allegedly become part of the President-Elect’s cabinet. Reportedly, he aims to become the new Federal Fish and Wildlife Director.

Interestingly, this is not the first time Exotic had hoped Trump could help him escape jailtime. Back in 2020, it was reported that he also wrote a letter to Donald Trump Jr. asking for help.

This also isn’t Exotic’s first foray into politics. As was previously reported, Exotic has attempted to make a presidential bid himself a few times over the years. This includes attempts in 2016 and 2024.

While Exotic has been upfront with his hopes of getting an early release, he is currently expected to be released in 2036. At this time, he had been convicted of two counts for murder for hire and nine counts each against the Endangered Species Act and the Lacey Act.
