As Sean “Diddy” Combs is currently awaiting trial for various charges, he isn’t getting much support from his famous former friends. While many celebs fear being associated with him, one source claims there could be more to the story. More to the point, there is speculation that Combs could expose secrets of various people in the industry.

Diddy’s Famous Friends Are Mostly Keeping Quiet

Combs is currently facing charges including racketeering, prostitution-related transportation, and sex trafficking by force. For his part, Combs has denied these allegations, although he remains in custody until his trial in May.

The media mogul had made a lot of friends during his rise to the top. However, he isn’t getting much sympathy from the industry following the allegations. An inside source recently opened up about the situation.

In a conversation with In Touch, a source shared that, “It’s not like they’ve been going around trashing him, but everyone’s been giving him a seriously wide berth. He’s radioactive at this point, even if he hasn’t been found guilty, his name is mud, and it would social suicide to have anything to do with him.”

The source claimed that Combs initially expected his friends in the industry to stand by him. As it was noted, “He’s still in total denial and actually expected all his high-profile friends, and even his exes like J. Lo and Cameron, to stand up for him.” The source continued, “He can’t wrap his head around the fact that everyone’s just dropped him.”

Rumors Suggest Combs Has Evidence Against Many Celebrities

It was noted that there was “a legitimate fear among a huge swath of people in Hollywood…that he could seriously embarrass them if he decides to talk about what they shared with him back in the day.” However, “their hands are tied, it’s not like they can reach out to him, and showing any kind of support for him is out of the question.”

According to the source, Comb’s former friends are also at risk in another way. “Of course, all the rumors that he’s kept meticulous records, and even video recordings, of all the crazy stuff that went on at his big parties over the years is only adding to everyone’s panic. The word is he’s got enough dirt to hang half of Hollywood.”

While Combs is awaiting trial, he also faces as many as 120 lawsuits. Combs also faces lawsuits that came out earlier in 2024. Lawyer Tony Buzbee has confirmed that additional defendants are being added. As he shared, “The names that we’re going to name…are names that will shock you.” However, he added that’s “assuming our investigators confirm and corroborate what we’ve been told.”
