‘Sister Wives’ Janelle Brown Calls Bullsh*t On Kody’s Amnesia
Sister Wives star, Janelle Brown isn’t going to sit by and watch like she has for many years. During Season 19, she is standing up for herself and setting the record straight. She is calling Kody Brown out on his bullsh*t amnesia.
Meri, Janelle, And Christine Brown Have Caught On
On the latest episode of Sister Wives, Kody Brown’s story doesn’t line up. While Meri, Janelle, Christine, Kody, and Robyn Brown reflect on their previous years of plural marriage, something doesn’t sound right. In light of Meri leaving Flagstaff, she asked her sister, Rebekah Dilts, and brother-in-law, Nathan Dilts, to come over and assist with the move. Since she was relocating to Parowan to her B&B she wasn’t going to need all of her things. As a gift, she offered some of her furniture to them before she parted ways. While discussions were awkward with Kody and Meri attempting to interact, their friends and in-laws were polite about the conversations.
Kody entered the scene with his defenses up because his last fight with Christine Brown Woolley was during her move to Utah. During the discussion, Kody Brown admits that Janelle Brown is “not interested in a relationship.” While Christine chose to leave Kody, Meri’s sister points out that Kody wasn’t interested in pursuing them anymore. However, he shifts the focus to his past error in judgment. He says, “I’m guilty of marrying people I wasn’t in love with.” But Meri is trying to face the music. Admittedly, she says, “I know that I put everything that I could into it and I would still put into it, but I also know that it’s not something that is comfortable for him or right for him or good for him, and that’s not fair to either of us.”
Janelle Brown Calls Bullsh*t On Kody’s Amnesia
During Meri Brown’s recollection of when things fell apart for her and Kody, she says he always sees it differently. Meri mentions it is hard to pinpoint the true “defining moment” that started the downslide. Admittedly, she isn’t going to continue conversation with him while he is “riled up.” But Kody said they were “dysfunctional from the beginning.”
Furthermore, Janelle Brown discusses that Kody Brown’s memory isn’t very good. She calls him out on his bullsh*t saying, “I just think that he has amnesia when it comes to the past because you just can’t keep up that kind of pretense for 20 years.” Seemingly, his story shifts depending on the day. Then, she adds, “I know what happened. He can say whatever he wants.” Undoubtedly, Janelle is sick of deflecting her ex-husband’s lies. She adds, “It’s fine because I just don’t care anymore.” Even Robyn Brown says that Kody has a “murder face” that she has to remind him to put away.
Likewise, Meri Brown may have an amicable relationship with Kody during the move, but she recognizes that he is spouting misinformation. She says, “This is Kody’s current theme, and that is that he never loved me or Janelle or Christine.” Furthermore, she adds, “It’s getting to the point that it’s annoying.” At this time, she just wants him to come clean, “Gosh, Kody, just man up and be honest.”
Christine And Janelle Brown Show Some Compassion For The Unusual Circumstances
Undeniably, Janelle and Christine Brown have talked about how hard losing three wives so quickly has been a big ego jab for Kody Brown. Notably, he spewed ridicule about staying in his marriages out of duty and not love. But now, he has also admitted that his final wife, Robyn Brown, has complaints about the marriage. Kody says he and Robyn are “having our own struggle.”
Although he is trying to move on, he still spouts criticism without much thought. Kody spoke about Christine Brown before her marriage to David Woolley with a strange sense of “congratulations.” He said, “I’m offended for her on the idea that she would be stuck with me for eternity when her soulmate was out there to be found.” Unmistakably, he is having an internal war with himself. About his former wives, he added, “I don’t always know what to believe. The eternal marriage. … Jesus said not to get divorced, but it’s, it’s a big concept.” Furthermore, he says, “I don’t know what to think about it other than it offends me to think that I would be stuck with those three women. It literally does it. It’s like it offends me to think that God would cause me or them to suffer.”
